Gather and Rest was amazing!

This home was immaculate and located close to everything! We really enjoyed the huge backyard and its views. I would definitely come back!

Great set up at Monterey

House is very clean and spacious, close enough to all scenic places and stores we wanted to access, yet away from the tourist noises and crowds. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again if we are back to the area.

This unit was perfect for our multi generational family of 6! The kitchen is spacious and inviting to cook, we used the dining room for family meals and the living room was perfect for movie nights. The entire house was clean and well stocked for all of our needs. And although we didn’t utilize the backyard, it is perfect for outdoor meals and socializing. Finally, the unit sits in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes.

Very comfortable stay

We liked the “no shoes” policy, and the ease of complying (slip-ons in the entry). The view was great, as was the availability of sitting outdoors to enjoy it. The bathtub was a big hit! Very nice property!

home away from home for the holidays

Stayed in the Gather and Rest house for the Thanksgiving holidays. Since I was working in Salinas, I was pleased with the distance from my workplace, as well as the close proximity of Monterey and the surrounding area. The views from the backyard were awesome and the home was comfortable for all.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend with my family and two kids. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed! The location is right by the airport but is not loud at the house at all. About 15-20 minutes from Carmel, Pebble Beach, and downtown Monterey which was perfect. Everything felt close and not too far away. The backyard was perfect for my two kids to play and had a beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was very nice about the home and property. The only reason I could not give it 5 stars is that there was no hanging space for clothes in the master bedroom as the owners had locked the closet. I've stayed in dozens (40) short terms rentals and this was a first. I could understand a secondary bedroom closet being locked, but not the master bedroom closet.

A Perfect Stay for the Laguna Seca Weather Tech Race Track.

This Property was a perfect place to stay for our Laguna Seca Weather Tech Race Track / Family Trip. The driveway had enough space to accommodate a full size trailer and 2 full-size Trucks. The backyard had enough space for our toddlers to enjoy scooters. We will definitely stay here again for the next track day.

Excellent property

Excellent experience, clean, extremely well equipped. Garage access is a plus. Host was easy to communicate with, attentive to our needs. Only downside is that the price is on the high side, especially for a short stay.
