The only positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient access to the beach — that’s the reason I’m giving two stars instead of one.
Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during my one-night stay (from November 1 to November 2). First, the parking system is poorly managed. They charge guests for parking, yet they don’t record your license plate or provide any kind of permit to identify your car. In reality, paying for parking is unnecessary since there’s plenty of free parking available on the street, but as visitors unfamiliar with the area, we paid out of fear of not finding a spot.
Second, the shower was not working properly — water would not come out from the top, only from the lower faucet, which made showering very uncomfortable.
The mattresses were dirty and messy, and I even found beer cans under the bed from previous guests, which clearly shows poor housekeeping. I took photos as evidence. The room was not properly cleaned, and several items were in poor condition.
The most disappointing part was when I tried to give them feedback. They initially asked me for a review, and when I mentioned that my experience was 3 out of 5, they blocked my messages and stopped communicating with me. That felt very unprofessional and disrespectful.
If it weren’t for the good beach access, I would have rated this stay only one star.
