“I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!”

Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. I did not feel safe. No outside light/ tiny windows. Room needed to be vacuumed and dusted. Too close...

“This apartment is absolutely amazing! The views are beautiful and all the amenities were great! I will agree with another reviewer that there is an odor at the location and that same odor is at other nearby stores and fields. By the time we left town we agreed that it must be some kind of a native plant. It's hard to describe but is quite pungent. Additionally, if you are a light sleeper, this is right on the side of a main thoroughfare to get to the nearby lake and there's a decent amount of...
