“Had a 5/5 stay until the last day. I left Two jackets behind. When I called and spoke with manager, there was a lot of back and forth, with some belittling from him; he swore there were no items in the room and insisted I do not drive back from the airport to look for the items. He could not even give me specifics on the process for the hotel mailing the items to me (if found later). I told Him I was coming regardless. While En route to the hotel, I receive a call from him stating my...

“We had a very enjoyable stay. Very quiet, comfortable beds and pillows and parking was convenient although very expensive. Everything was very clean except for the grout on the tile in the bathtub. That could use some attention.”

“I loved the view of the lake from my room! Also the morning coffee at the lobby was excellent! The distance to all major cafes and the town's center was very helpful. I will definitely stay there again.”
