“We loved our stay!!! We felt right at home! Definitely try the cooking class..finally got to learn how to make pasta and learned a few tricks about making an amazing tiramisu. The hotel is lovely, great location, wonderful hosts! Grazie mille!”

“Amazing stay! The staff were absolutely fantastic, Natalia was so helpful and so kind. We were sad we didn’t stay longer! Would highly recommend for your stay in Tuscany!”

“We found sanctuary at this lovely farmhouse during the July heat wave--refreshing dip in the pool, relaxing dinner in the courtyard, restful sleep in the air-conditioned home. Got up to watch the sunrise over the vineyards, absolutely stunning scenery, and watched three hot air balloons also taking in the sights. Matteo was very welcoming, and we bridged the language barrier with a little help from Google translate. Wished we could have stayed longer!”

“Nicola’s property was amazing. What a beautiful way to spend a week in Tuscany with family. The location was ideal to do day trips to Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, and more. We stayed in the 2bed/2bath unit and it was perfect for our family of 4. Charming architecture, beautiful views, and essential amenities provided. Had the opportunity to use the pool, go jogging, and visit the local town of Montespertoli. Nicola was the best- very warm welcome, very communicative, very helpful, and...

“Tuscany really is as lovely as we dreamed. We found the property communication to be excellent and registration very informative. The recommendations for sights and restaurants were absolutely spot on. We were two couples and the space does work well for two couples. One bedroom had an ensuite and the second bedroom had a bathroom adjacent. The kitchen is small but functional for 2. We would suggest that the property description be updated as it is a little misleading. The kitchen supplies are...

“LOVED this place! 15 of our family members stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday for the week and we had the most wonderful time! Nicola is the best host! He was so accommodating and always had the best recommendations even making dinner reservations for us and eager to help in any way and any time of the day! House was clean, peaceful and fully stocked with everything we needed! What an amazing experience I highly recommend Nicola’s place! We hope to be back in the future!”

“Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!”

“The Villa was charming and absolutely bursting with character. We loved exploring the house and the grounds! It was quiet and relaxing, but still only a short drive from Florence, Sienna, San Gimignano and other favorite towns of Tuscany. A memorable stay in an absolutely unique villa!”

“It was a charming farm house but not what we were expecting.”

“Great experience at the apartment. Very clean and spacious.”
