    We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.

    Please treat the property with respect. If there are any issues, we'll do our best to respond ASAP, but there is no one on-site 24/7.

    Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
    Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

    Security & Monitoring
    For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

    Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

    AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay over the holidays. The location was perfect and the amenties were as described. The home was easy to find and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We will be back again!

Business Stay

First of all, the property was easy to find and the property manager was very communicative.The pictures of the property are lovely, just like the description. However, they do not depict the property accurately. I did not read that the property was a duplex. (I could have missed this, but in the end that detail was not a problem.) The pictures show a home with curb appeal - a porch swing and welcoming benches. The description talks about the charming and walkable neighborhood. This is a very husy street right off of US 80. There were several cars with loud music going by. This is on the outskirts of Cloverdale - not the charming old neighborhood or house that was described or depicted.
