“Good place to stay if your boating out of Sunset marina Plenty of space for family and friends A couple doors were missing handles, that needs addressed,we had a little guy stuck in the bathroom. The shower area in the efficiency apartment needs some sort of lighting The projection tv was new to us from our previous stay and the kids loved it as well as the hot tub”

“Nicely decorated house conveniently located by an amazing lake. Everything was ready as promised. Views were beautiful and you must take a walk or drive behind house to see some breathtaking views of Dale Hollow. Definitely plan to stay here again!”

“The home was exactly as pictured online. It was immaculately clean and owner was very responsive, even reaching out to us to simply make sure we were comfortable. There are areas to be together as a large group in the house and the layout also provides plenty of privacy with 8 separate bedrooms. We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay here again next year.”

I would imagine this would be the perfect place for any group looking to spend the day on the lake and then docking boat in marina, and head to the house for some more fun or relaxing. “Property was as advertised. It is a couple of minutes from Beaver Creek Marina and a couple minutes away from the general store. We had plenty of room for two guys. Our time was there devoted to fishing most of the time. Property had plenty of room for our truck and boat. Grill was not good, but we did grill on it. Nice fire pit with plenty of firewood.
