Villa classified 3 stars by the Ministry of Tourism. It is on the right bank of the GRAU DU ROI, in Boucanet, in a very quiet condominium, avenue du Mail. The 80m2 semi-detached house is fully air-conditioned with a 40m2 terrace with a roof overhang protecting from the heat and having a large awning.

The BEACH is exactly 200m2 away.

For optimum cleanliness, €150 MANDATORY CLEANING FEES are requested per stay.

On the ground floor you will find a very pleasant 40m2 air-conditioned room opening onto the terrace through a large sliding bay window. You will enjoy a living room with a spacious corner sofa, a coffee table, a 50-inch 4K connected TV, a perfectly equipped open kitchen (American fridge, an oven, an induction hob and a hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, a filter coffee maker and a Krups Nespresso capsule coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a washing machine). All the household appliances are branded and of high quality. A central island and an extendable table with 7 chairs allow you to eat as you wish.
A separate toilet is also on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will enjoy 3 independent air-conditioned bedrooms with closet, each equipped with a double bed (2 beds 140x190 and a King size 180x200). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower (120x80), a double sink unit with mirror and a toilet.

You have at your disposal a hair dryer, an iron, two vacuum cleaners, an aluminum garden furniture including a large table and 8 comfortable chairs as well as deckchairs.

A private and secure parking space is available in addition to free parking on the street.

The house is non-smoking.

Our animal friends are not allowed.

Only duvets, pillows, mattress covers and pillow protectors are provided and regularly cleaned.
HOUSEHOLD LINEN such as sheets and towels are NOT INCLUDED in our rental price but you can ask us to make them available to our external service provider (laundry with cleaning of the linen, ironed on your arrival). For health safety, textiles are packaged in sterilized plastic films.
PRICES: €20 X1 set of flat sheets (single or double) / €10 X1 large bath towel + X1 small towel / €5 X1 bath mat + 1 kitchen towel (in addition to sheets and towels ONLY). For hygiene reasons, it is strictly forbidden to sleep on the mattress protectors and pillow protectors.
