Mala experiencia en Check Out y limpieza.
No hacen limpieza a diario o al menos una vez durante la estancia, en el Check Out desactivan las tarjetas a las 10 am y me dejaron si. Poder sacar las maletas, y ese día Domingo el desayuno lo empiezan a servir tarde a las 9:30 am por lo cual no da tiempo de salir con todo a las 10 am. No hay suficiente papel higiénico por lo qué hay que ir a administración a pedirlo, lo cual es de muy mal gusto.

En cuanto a la limpieza de las habitaciones, dependiendo de la duración del día, la limpieza (es decir, actualización de 3 días) se realiza después de 3 días, lo que incluye cambio de toallas, artículos de tocador adicionales si es necesario y vaciado de la papelera. Después de 7 días (es decir, actualización de 7 días), se cambian las sábanas y las toallas, se vacía el cubo de basura y se barren y se secan los suelos.La hora de salida es siempre a las 10:00 y puede facturar su equipaje en el mostrador de seguridad.Las habitaciones cuentan con papel higiénico, para llegadas, y los huéspedes pueden recoger rollos adicionales, si es necesario, en nuestro mostrador de seguridad, que está abierto las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana.Le agradecemos que haya elegido Campus 1 MTL para su reciente estancia.Atentamente,Denise M. - Campus 1 MTL

El lugar está muy bien ubicado para conocer la ciudad, tiene instalaciones cómodas. Sin embargo, la atención del personal no fue tan amable. La habitación es poco acogedora, la cama súper alta, una cama muy ruidosa y súper alta, el aire acondicionado es permanente y no se puede apagar

Relatively clean student hostels however the bathroom could be cleaner. Location is awesome walking distance to everything. Breakfast was great too given it’s included. Would recommend!

Exactly what we expected from a student accommodation ,great convenient location. Decent public spaces and good breakfast. Couch was basic and not comfortable but we did not sit on it much .

A very nice stay!
The hotel is home to mostly college students. As a 68 year old from the US, I found the environment positive and energetic, the people nice. The staff was very helpful and polite. The location is great. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. I hope to stay there again.

Student housing turned into hotel in summer
Small and very basic room but ok for the price and the location. Parking at 20$ a day and included breakfast.

We stayed at this place for an event going on at the palais des congres. Walkable to the venue, transit, and many restaurants and depanneurs nearby. Our 2-bed room was actually 2 separate bedrooms! Facilities look new and are clean and well-maintained. Nice gym with workout equipment and basketball court. The free breakfast was very good with both hot and cold food and fresh fruit. Great deal for the price and would definitely stay again!

great location, staff working there were very friendly and accomodating, free breakfast was very good. I would have given 4.5 stars cause there was no fridge or ice machine for food and drinks, but everything else was great (no tv in the room which I knew about) The price compared to other hotels in the area is well worth it.

Location is perfect and the staff are wonderful! Beds were quite uncomfortable; fortunately there were two beds, so I used the bedding from one bed as a mattress topper for the other bed, and that worked okay. Room was mostly clean except for the toilet in the bathroom. Because it’s an unfurnished dorm, it lacks a television, but for me that wasn’t a dealbreaker. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t adjustable and sometimes made odd noises, but thankfully I use a white noise app anyway and the temperature was fairly comfortable for me, so I didn’t mind. On the positive side, the building itself is modern and has lots of amenities such as laundry machines (you can pay with a contactless card) and a gym. The free breakfast was great for me (not many gluten-free options, but that didn’t bother me). Contrary to what both the Expedia profile and their website say, you can check in after 11pm without needing to contact them! (That was a relief, because my flight was delayed two hours, and the staff were ready to meet me at the counter.) So, in summary, I’d stay here again if it were a good deal, because the location and staff are great, but there were a few things that could’ve made my experience a bit more comfortable.

PROs: This is a university student housing facility in downtown Montreal, which is rented out as a hotel during the summer. It's really great value for money. Full hot breakfast included. It's clean and a very modern building with many amenities. Much nicer accommodation than what I had when I was in university over a decade ago. 🙂 CONs: • The rooms could do with some clothes hangers and more power outlets in easily accessible places. • The security staff I dealt with after checking out the morning of Aug. 7, 2023, and trying to store my luggage could do with some customer service training to learn how to be pleasant to guests.

The shower head is new but they haven’t tightened it or haven’t put enough Teflon tape. So the water leaks along the wall and goes to wet the toilet paper. That’s room 208.

L'emplacement en plein centre-ville est parfait, à 5 minutes du métro Place-des-Arts, de la Place des Arts elle-même ainsi que du Complexe Desjardins. L'endroit est très sécuritaire, très moderne et convivial. J'ai été agrablement surpris du déjeuner inclus. Toutefois, si j'ai une chose à déplorer, c'est le lit. Je l'ai trouvé dur et inconfortable. La salle de bain était propre, bien adaptée, la douche fonctionnait parfaitement.

We had a great stay. Reasonable price, great location for festivals near Place des Arts. Unexpected extras such as ping pong and pool tables added to the fun. Will stay again!
