Host was very responsive. The apartment was clean but not spotless. Furnishings are as pictured. The apartment itself is a bit worn, could use a paint job. Ground floor apartment so you can hear those above you, folks in the hallway heading to their apartments, but pretty quiet at night regardless. Comfortable bed. Great hot water & comfortable temperature throughout the apartment. Good location for those using public transportation, walking or biking. I would not recommend for those with a car, although I was able to fine a nearby parking spot. Every time I returned, I held my breath, crossed my fingers, wishing to find a parking spot. I determined it was best to strategically plan my car outings for a return that would be before neighborhood residents would most likely return from work, because I was not sure what I would do aside from circle the neighborhood, if I got back and had nowhere to park - too stressful. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance; I would leave the car and walk to those.
