En cuanto al hotel la verdad es que está bastante bien, pude visitar Muchos lugares a pie, está bastante accesible, en una muy buena ubicación, lo que sí CALIFICO MUY MALl es que piden una garantía cuando llegas de 250 dls, la cual te dicen te reembolsarán a tu salida si no hay ningún inconveniente. Realmente entregue la habitación en perfectas condiciones y dijeron que en máximo 3 días me hacían el reembolso y hasta el día de hoy ya pasó más de una semana y no me han reembolsado nada.. Solo por ese tipo de atención no les daré o mayor calificación..

Esta muy bien ubicado, no es nuevo. Bien mantenido, limpio. La cocineta es austera, no creas que tiene muchas cosas pero sirve para calentar algo en el cuarto. El cuarto es espacioso, se esta muy comodo.

Las camas olían espantoso, les comenté en recepción y el personal me comentó que todas olían mal, me pusieron doble sábanas para poder disminuir la peste. Hotel ya viejo sucio y aunque se ve muy bien en las fotos, la realidad es otra. El parking no tiene y hay que buscar.... recomiendan uno de 25dollares y a media cuadra está a 17

Una VERGUENZA de Hotel.
Llegamos al hotel a las 6pm. Tenían un montón de gente esperando en recepción y al final nos tocó. Nos atendió una Srta, o mejor dicho lo intentó porque a los pocos minutos empezó a ponerse nerviosa, nerviosa y otro señor (hablándole en francés, le dijo que nos diera una habitación en concreto y ella decía que no, después de un estira y afloja, siempre entre ellos, él la expulso de recepción enviándola al telefonillo) El Señor nos empieza a atender y dale que dale al ordenador y no tenian habitación para nosotros, el pensaba (aun piensa) que no lo entendiamos.... despues de esperar mas de 30 minutos, nos dan una habitación, la 803, como hacia casi 45 minutos que teniamos el coche aparcado en la calle, nuestro hijo fue a dejarlo en el parking y nosotros a la habitación con las maletas. SORPRESA! la habitación estaba ocupada por una pareja y nosotros entramos en tromba con las maletas. Un poco más y nos morimos del susto, el Señor que estaba en medio de la habitación casi se desmaya, y la señora aun esta gritando ahora. Ellos llamaron a recepción, nosotros bajamos a recepción y cuando les dijimos que la habitación estaba ocupada nos dijo el mismo recepcionista que el estaba al telefono y tenia otro trabajo. Despues de esperar mas de 15 minutos nos dieron otra habitación. Ni un disculpa, ni un detalle, ni un lo siento. Verdaderamente VERGONZOSO. No volveria a este hotel ni en sueños. Una verdadera desgracia de hotel y de empleados.

Location, location, location, plus a solid (in every sense of the word) hotel. Despite nice touches like a respectable mini-kitchen, the rooms aren't anything special, but being walking distance to not just the underground, but actual attractions (e.g., museums, Mont Royale, one of Montreal's several lovely cathedrals) on top of excellent dining options and Montreal's finest dive bar (Zippy's!) makes this a great base for exploring a wonderful city.

The room I had was directly across from the elevator. The bathtub drain was not functioning properly. Overall, the room was fine. Many airline employees stay at this hotel.

It was ok.... got the worse view available probably first floor facing the back. Was expecting better especially during the week. No parking available he to park across the street at a green parking. Room was average, decent space with a little kitchen which was nice. Washroom is small with no counterspace. Hotel staff was decent not to bubbly or friendly but not rude or mean. Wouldnt stay again truthfully

Regarding the view, we did not receive any specific request from you about this preference. Considering the size of the rooms and the fact that you came with your family, especially since you visited us on a Thursday, it is certain that we could have assigned you a much more spacious suite, even with a mountain view, for a very small difference for the upgrade. We would have been happy to do this. As for parking, it depended on whether you had a sedan or an SUV, as indicated everywhere including our website, with the specifics and dimensions of vehicles that do not fit in our garage, notably due to a height limitation.We value your feedback and assure you that we are committed to enhancing our services for your future visits. This is a beautiful old world meets contemporary style hotel a stones throw away from the Ritz Carlton. You just can feel that the neighbourhood is upscale and know you’re in a good place. The room was beautiful I loved the kitchenette! Again the furnishings were classy old world charm meets contemporary luxe comfort. We did have a few problems though…slow valet, small lobby so total zoo at checkin, the hotel doors did not work we had to pry them open manually to get in and out, we received two wash cloths for three women (big no no), housekeeping left their tools directly outside our room door for hours blocking the way, the bed was comfy but squeaked anytime you moved, and finally we asked for a late check out before going out for breakfast and housekeeping cleaned our room while we were gone forcing us out earlier than hoped. I did speak to the Manager who was very understanding. Would stay again hopefully without the hiccups next time!

The hotel is very nice, the stay was great. Only negative was the breakfast buffet that costs 24.95 and was very average.

They have to do a better job with the functioning of the thermostat in room. Could not control temperature between heat/air conditioning.
