Regarding the view, we did not receive any specific request from you about this preference. Considering the size of the rooms and the fact that you came with your family, especially since you visited us on a Thursday, it is certain that we could have assigned you a much more spacious suite, even with a mountain view, for a very small difference for the upgrade. We would have been happy to do this. As for parking, it depended on whether you had a sedan or an SUV, as indicated everywhere including our website, with the specifics and dimensions of vehicles that do not fit in our garage, notably due to a height limitation.We value your feedback and assure you that we are committed to enhancing our services for your future visits.
