Good day KyleThank you for sharing your comment.We do provide the kitchen to facilitate some guests that would like to dine on-site, however, it is not fully equipped due to most guests prefer to order in or pickup and not really cook on site.In case the guests might need anything specific we are more than ready to offer such as kitchen utensils...Toilet papers are offered in guests' rooms as well in all the common bathrooms. Our staff is on-site to provide anything that's needed.Due to the overwhelming amounts of guests during last weekend, possibly at some point, the toilet papers ran out, but definitely, they were replenished right away, since our staff always check these issues.We apologize for this inconvenience.We thank you for reserving with us and we hope to host your next stay in Montreal.Sincere regards,Hotel Mini

Bonjour Mme VirginieDesole, la chambre que vous avez reserve n'a pas une salle de bain privee.On a vous deplace dans une chambre avec salle de bain privee sans ajouter la difference, mais malheureusement cette chambre avez un probleme avec l'eau chaude. On a appele le plonmbier immediatement. finalement on vous donne la plus grande chambre avec une salle de bain enorme qu'on a vient de construire. Le mur en arriere la porte manque un armoire, qu'om doit placer quand la commande serait livrer.Desole pour ce inconvenience.Mais quand vous avez quitte, on a trouve une serviette toute noire, comme tachee de boue, et la petite serviette tachee avec plain de votre maquillage. C'etait impossible d'enlever ces taches.Merci pour vos remarquesOn va placer l'armoire des qu'on recoit la livraison. Le plombier a regle l'eau chaude la meme journee.

Good afternoon Mr. & Mr. Paul, We would like to thank you and your partner for lodging at our establishment, located close to all transportation and a short walk to Ste Catherine, famous for all its restaurants, shows pubs, and clubs, steps to metro Beaudry and metro Papineau, where guests can conveniently visit many touristic sites & attractions around Montreal. We would like to address your comments and respond with eagerness to please our clients. As you are well aware we provide our clients with a great location and we personally ask our clients if they need any services during their stays, such as a change of towels or anything they may request. As a one-star hotel (1star catagory) we provide a clean place pleasant, safe and quiet for all of our guests, we also take the time to make sure the air conditing is on during the summer and the heat is on during the winter season, prior to our guests' arrivals, as well we call or contact each one of our clients to ask when will they check in or arrive at our establishment in order for us to make sure each room has the right temperature, as a matter of fact, we have also done the same for you and your partner. Following your first night, we personally approached your room and asked if you needed any towel, shampoo change of bedding, or anything else we can provide of our compliments and free services, you replied that your partner was taking a nap, it was sometimes late in the afternoon. In addition, you replied, "we don't need anything". It is clear we provide each and every one of our guests with a personal service, as a matter of fact, our guests and clients are always first on our list. The keys provided were for your safety and security since you and your partner rented a room with shared amenities. The unit with a stove, fridge, microwave, oven, and dining set provides comfort for all guests. As a 1star hotel with a great location clean and quiet, we focus on comfort and convenience for all guests. We take all our guests' compliments and comments with a positive and constructive attitude, in order to improve our establishments, we will continue to upgrade and strive to improve our establishments, and we thank everyone for their recommendations and inputs. Hi Audrey Permit me to address the points you have commented on... We are located on a main boulevard. Across from us, approx. the length of 2 football fields away, there is a small road being set up. Surely there was some work being done during the day. Unfortunately we are not in control of the construction work from the City. The bathroom might not be large, however adequate for normal use and necessities. Hand soap in a pump is available in all rooms, it might have been that the housekeeping staff refilled and forgot to put it back. We would have been more than happy to provide it immediately if we were notified. The queen mattresses we have are of high quality, we had many compliments in the past. These mattresses are not old, they were replaced about 6 months ago. It is difficult to please everybody, different people might like mattresses and pillows harder or softer. Street parking are free, with little restricted times. As you stated upon your arrival that you have a very expensive truck and prefer to park it in a private lot, so the information for the private lot was provided to you immediately. Upon your arrival, we received you with the utmost courtesy. Maybe your trip was not pleasant prior to arrival, though your boyfriend was very pleasant and polite upon registration. We would never welcome our guests with rudeness for we believe that upon guests' arrival, first impression is ultimately a priority. We have many returned guests who appreciated our provision and especially demanded to book room 61, which was the room you had. Our policy is quite flexible, upon departure guests may leave keys in the room or return to housekeeping staff on duty. Our guests have complimented primarily on our convenient location, our cleanliness, our comfortable beds, our competitive price and the courtesy of our staff. Our apologies...

Dear Kenneth We spoke on the phone prior to your arrival. You had mentioned that you will arrive later in the night and requested for a self chek-in. I re-verified the tel. no. on file. You told me to stay in contact with you with a different tel. no. which I recorded and sent you the information for self-check-in prior to your arrival. Upon your arrival, if you were unable to receive those instructions, you could have called and our telephone service monitor would have been readily assisted you with the info for self-chek-in. We are not equipped with TVs for most of our guests are outgoers and return late at night and don't watch TV, aslo at the present, our focus is to spend on what's best suited for the guests, such as clean fresh linen, cleanliness and the most basic needs.
