We would like to thank you and your partner for lodging at our establishment, located close to all transportation and a short walk to Ste Catherine, famous for all its restaurants, shows pubs, and clubs, steps to metro Beaudry and metro Papineau, where guests can conveniently visit many touristic sites & attractions around Montreal.
We would like to address your comments and respond with eagerness to please our clients. As you are well aware we provide our clients with a great location and we personally ask our clients if they need any services during their stays, such as a change of towels or anything they may request.
As a one-star hotel (1star catagory) we provide a clean place pleasant, safe and quiet for all of our guests, we also take the time to make sure the air conditing is on during the summer and the heat is on during the winter season, prior to our guests' arrivals, as well we call or contact each one of our clients to ask when will they check in or arrive at our establishment in order for us to make sure each room has the right temperature, as a matter of fact, we have also done the same for you and your partner. Following your first night, we personally approached your room and asked if you needed any towel, shampoo change of bedding, or anything else we can provide of our compliments and free services, you replied that your partner was taking a nap, it was sometimes late in the afternoon.
In addition, you replied, "we don't need anything".
It is clear we provide each and every one of our guests with a personal service, as a matter of fact, our guests and clients are always first on our list. The keys provided were for your safety and security since you and your partner rented a room with shared amenities.
The unit with a stove, fridge, microwave, oven, and dining set provides comfort for all guests. As a 1star hotel with a great location clean and quiet, we focus on comfort and convenience for all guests. We take all our guests' compliments and comments with a positive and constructive attitude, in order to improve our establishments, we will continue to upgrade and strive to improve our establishments, and we thank everyone for their recommendations and inputs.
