Dear Mark,We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience during your stay at our property. However, we would like to address some of the points you have made in your review.Firstly, we take the safety and wellbeing of our guests very seriously and would never intentionally put them in harm's way.Secondly, We have investigated the claims you made in about bed bugs and can confirm that they are unfounded. Our property underwent inspection immediately to ensure guest safety and comfort. Lastly, as you are aware, your security deposit was withheld because you breached the terms and conditions of your stay by hosting a party with more than 10 guests and creating a lot of noise which disturbed other guests in the building. We have a responsibility to ensure that our properties remain a peaceful and safe environment for all guests, and your actions were not in line with this.We take all reviews seriously and we strive to improve our services and facilities wherever possible. However, we cannot accept fake and misleading reviews from guests who have not respected the terms and conditions of their stay. A major leak was caused by the bathtub and for precaution, we had to place it out of service. As for the TV, we are sorry that some desired channels were missing.
