This is a typical Montreal triplex, which means sound can travel more easily. You may hear neighbors, activity in the stairwell, or everyday living noise.
Likewise, we ask that you keep noise to a respectful level, especially during evening hours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty fee and deodorization charges.
No Parties
Parties and events are not allowed. This is a residential building, and neighbors live here full-time.
Garbage
Please do not place garbage outside unless it is the scheduled collection day. Failure to follow this rule may result in a penalty.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. Any undeclared animal will result in a $300 penalty per animal.

Great location
Stated for a week, Monday to Friday, and loved the location. Close to the metro, not a lot of options within walking distance but easy to access transit. The interior of the unit was great, lots of space and fairly modern. The exterior (entry, staircase) needs work.

Our stay at this property was lovely! It looked exactly like the photos and we were absolutely pleased. The check in process was smooth and easy. The place was clean and inviting. Kitchen was clean, ready to use and had everything we needed. Bathroom was clean, spacious and there were plenty of towels. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The host is great! Usually responds within minutes and is very attentive and helpful. Was accommodating with every special request we had and even had some great advice about restaurants and sites. Overall a wonderful experience and we would definitely return to stay here again!

Overall stay was good. The only little things I would recommend would be that there would be a curtain for the door to the yard for privacy. And that the door code to the Triplex unit be notified to guest along with the regular code. Disclose that parking is not on site but there is street parking available a couple blocks away. and note that he parking across the street has day time restrictions. The pots and pans are old with the teflon all scratched up, needs replacement.

Clean, comfortable, and well located. Not the easiest to find because there are 3 apartments and none have any address info on or around the doors. Based on the mailboxes you'd think it's the top floor but it's actually the bottom. No street parking in the nearby. You need to go a couple of blocks over. The back patio is completely unusable and looks like a junk yard. No curtains on the back door to even conceal it. Not great at communicating. Booked weeks in advance but they waited until the day of our checkin to say they needed additional information. I left a message requesting some help at their office and never got a call back. Overall positive experience but definitely could have been better.
