    This 1,200 sq. ft. apartment sits directly on Mont-Royal Avenue in Le Plateau, with Tommy's Café downstairs and a pedestrian-only street lined with terraces in the summer. Walk to Saint-Laurent nightlife, Saint-Denis dining, and La Fontaine Park from one of Montreal's most walkable streets. Pet-friendly with workspace and shared laundry. Built for remote workers, couples, and families who want Le Plateau's cafés, galleries, and restaurants without needing a car.



    The Space:

    This 1,200 sq. ft. of space is on the second floor of a three-story building in the ever-so-charming Le Plateau neighborhood. It’s a very comfortable stay for friends & groups or remote workers, and you’ll be within walking distance of almost anything you’d need.



    The main spaces of the apartment:



    → LIVING AREA: Open living space with chic furnishings, hardwood floors, plenty of sofa seating, and a flatscreen HDTV for relaxing downtime moments at home.



    → DINING AREA: A dining table to seat 6 for meals at home. The table also makes a good laptop workspace if needed.



    → KITCHEN: Equipped with quality appliances and all the basics needed to prepare meals. Plus, essential extras like a coffee maker and a toaster.



    → BEDROOMS & BATHROOM: 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and quality bed linens, and 1 full bathroom with towels provided, accommodating up to 6 guests.



    - BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen bed (window AC) and 1 single bed

    - BEDROOM 2: 2 Single beds that can be pushed together to a king bed if desired (window AC)

    - COMMON AREA: 1 Twin/Single floor mattress (upon request)



    **Please let us know if you need the floor mattress, so we can provide extra bed sheets.**



    → CONNECTIVITY: Reliable WI-FI for the remote worker(s) in the group.

    The nearest metro station is about 700 meters (0.4 miles) away. The apartment is 22 km (14 miles), a 25-minute Uber ride, from Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL).



    Bike:

    Renting a bike is an excellent way to explore Plateau-Mont-Royal. Choose between a regular or electric BIXI and enjoy the borough’s numerous bike paths, including Saint-Denis and Rachel Streets. The Rachel path connects Mount Royal, Jeanne-Mance, and La Fontaine Parks, with plenty of BIXI stations along the way.



    Parking:

    Street parking in Plateau Mont-Royal can be tricky—read signs carefully. You cannot park on main avenues like Mont-Royal, and most side streets are for permit holders only. You can buy a 24-hour permit for $8 at any parking kiosk using code PMR02 and display it on your dashboard.

    Other Things to Note:

    This apartment is in a classic older building, typical of Montreal’s Plateau-Mont-Royal neighborhood, which is what makes it so appealing. It’s not a modern condo, but its authentic character and original details make it special. The windows are traditional guillotine style, and the floors have natural variations that add to the building’s charm. The unit is well-maintained and professionally cleaned, with effective heating and added window insulation during colder months to keep you comfortable. There is the potential for street noise, like traffic and passersby.



    Group Stays: We manage all the units in this building and can host up to 35 guests across 5 apartments on 2 floors. If you’re travelling with a large group, reach out for a personalized offer.



    Parking: You can’t park on main avenues like Mont-Royal, and most side streets are for permit holders only. You can buy a permit for $8 per 24 hours by entering the code PMR02 at any parking kiosk. Please display the permit on your dashboard. We are not responsible for parking fines or tickets. Read the signs carefully.



    Certifications and Taxes: The apartment is certified by the Corporation de l'industrie Touristique du Québec. GST and QST taxes are included in the price. Business travelers can request an invoice for tax purposes.



    Essentials Provided: We supply some basics for your arrival: trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and dish soap. These are not replenished, so if you run out, you can get more from any grocery shop or pharmacy.



    House Rules:

    - You must be 18+ to book our awesome apartment.

    - The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. You’ll need to climb two flights of stairs.

    - If you travel with children, please keep an eye on them in common areas and on the stairs.

    - We’ll ask you to sign a Rental Agreement acknowledging the house rules when you confirm your booking.

    - You might be asked for an ID at check-in or during your stay.

    - Only the guests listed in your reservation should stay overnight.

    - Depending on the booking platform, a temporary hold will be placed as a security deposit for damages and released after check-out (Not applicable for ABB).

    - No smoking inside, please. Smoking, drugs, or illegal activities aren’t allowed and could lead to a fine.

    - Keep noise to a respectful level after 10 pm — the neighborhood has plenty of nightlife nearby if you want to keep the party going!

    - To help us keep the community happy, the apartment has a noise sensor (no recording). There’s also a smoke detector. Please don’t tamper with these.

    - You’re responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs if needed.

    - Pets are welcome with prior approval, but must stay off furniture. No fee, but extra cleaning charges may apply if needed.

    - Please leave your shoes at the door to keep the floors clean and prevent water damage (especially when it rains or snows).

    - Candles, incense, or anything with open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere in the property.

Great stay- chic MTL apartment

The listing is very accurate and served as a comfortable home base for us while in Montreal to attend a concert at Parc Jean Drapeau. The area felt safe and lots of nearby conveniences. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a nice spot to rent with a group of 5 adults.

Amazing location

We were very happy with our stay. We had everything we needed within the home. A lovely park down the road as well as lots of fun shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We would recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

Montreal trip

The property was nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. We were quite satisfied with everything. Thank you so very much for everything again. I would absolutely recommend this place if I know somebody coming to Montreal.

well, the location is just fantastic. the property is somewhat drab but more than adequate for folks like me and my buddy who were in town to ride bikes and absorb the city. mont royal is a very fun street with great food and a cool record store and bike shop pretty much across the street. the property will be tough if you require large beds, a bedside reading light. the location is the winner with this property

Mount Royal Stay

The apartment is in a highly desirable part of the city, with easy access to public transit. Parked the car and left it for most of our stay. Every aspect was 'as advertised'; clean, cute space with a nice Cafe downstairs. Host communication was timely (responses within minutes!) and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Long Weekend Trip to Visit the Kids

Good location. Had all the basic needs. Street parking was readily available. Nearby residential streets made quick pee trips with the dog easy and the parc lafontaine dog park was a short walk. There is an awesome craft beer and snack store right around the corner La Maison des Bières and a terrific vegan Syrian restaurant called Sham across the street.

Great location. Simple, charming place. Bathroom needs work.

This location is right on Mount Royal Street, a wonder street for browsing and having a variety of eats. It’s less than a five minute walk away from the orange Metro line. The place itself is simple, charming and quaint. The rooms are very nicely air conditioned. They need to make a few small changes to the washroom to make it better. The light was flickering, which was annoying while showering and the shower head itself needs to be updated. The toilet needs to be better fastened to the floor as it shifts when you sit on it. It’s nice place to prepare your days, so I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stage their days of exploration.

Aucun interlocuteur directe, aucun numero de telephone en cas de pbb quuestions a poser, des escaliers relativement raides, pas assez de vaiselles, couuverts, d ustensiles de cuisine, un seche qui ne fonctionnait pas, des machines a laver et a secher communes a tous les appratements, utilisees par le proprietaire pour laver le linge des sortants (donc pb de dispo), des echanges en anglais dans une province francophone...A noter la gentilesse de la jeune femme qui fait le menage, son sens du service, la localisation interessante n.Au total un prix eleve pour ce qui est propose!

Nice place to stay

This was a really central place to stay at Le Plateau. Pros: Everything is close by and just at a few steps away. Kitchen is complete and bedrooms are comfy. Cons: Street parking is a headache. You must move your car at 7 am to 7:30 am during the weekdays in the morning before they begin ticketing. The dining/ living room floor is on a slope so you feel like your walking forwards the closed windows. Kind of trippy. The washers and dryers are communal and we had two towels stolen by local tenants that were using the same washers. The toilet is not bolted to the floor so it wobbles if you’re getting up or cleaning yourself.
