The perfect place

We had a really wonderful stay at this FAB rental! Spacious, well stocked kitchen, comfortable couches, large terrace, easy check-in process, great communication with the hosts, and a fantastic neighborhood made our visit perfect.

This was a perfect spot for our get together with 3 other couples we have known for years. All 4 bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of cups, glasses and dishes. We really liked the big common living room/ dining room area for spending time together. We all enjoyed the neighborhood and all the great dining and other food optionss.Another plus is the apartment is close enough to enjoy the walk up Mont Royal from there.All of our friends travel a lot and we all agreed that this is one of the nicer rentals we have stayed in.

Great Property with Amazing Hosts

This property was great for our recent family trip to Montreal. It is a great location that is in close proximity to lots of activities around the city. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive. The apartment was very clean and had everything we could possibly need.

We loved the apartment, we loved the neighborhood and the owner support and communication was top notch. The location was so perfect for us. We were able to park our school van in the open lot that was so close and then used the provided wheel lock for theft prevention. Metro, restaurant, bakery, drug store all within a couple blocks. We hope to be back next year!

Lovely property, I really enjoyed the large deck. There are a lot of windows and the master bedroom was bright at night, so black out blinds would be nice (there are blinds but I like a really dark room at night). The place smells a bit Smokey, I think the previous renter may have smoked in there. Otherwise really nice place within walking distance to restaurants

A fantastic week!

This was the ideal place and location for our family. With every bedroom having its own bathroom, this place gave everyone their privacy and the opportunity for being together. FAB Home Rentals checked on us regularly. We were beyond impressed.

Lovely Apartment and Stay

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely and spacious apartment. The listing was accurate and the space was clean and perfect for hosting, especially the back patio. The location was in a great spot surrounded by a bunch of restaurants and stores. We would absolutely love to visit again. Thank you for being a great host and easy to communicate with.

Everything was delightful from start to finish. The apartment was spacious, newly renovated, thoughtfully and beautifully-appointed. The outside terrace was especially nice. Very highly recommended!!!

Wonderful apartment

We loved this property! Clean and comfortable, outstanding host communication, fantastic location. The pictures are very accurate. It was walkable to so many places to eat and shop, quick access to the metro to explore other parts of the city and parking was easy for us. It rained every day so we didn’t enjoy the deck but it seemed very nice. Beds were very comfortable and our teens loved having their own rooms.

Fantastic location, gorgeous apartment

The apartment was spacious, welcoming, and comfortable for my group of 5 friends. Frederique was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely book again. During hot summer months, the terrace has no shade, so we were unable to use it during our stay. We didn't consider nighttime use because we didn't want to disturb neighbors. The location was amazing, just steps from Mont Royal Avenue, which is fantastic in the summer! Tons of restaurants and fun shops.

Great apartment near Mont Royal

The apartment was great and had plenty of room for our whole family. We were traveling for the Formula 1 race. The location is very convenient to the Mont Royal metro station which made an easy commute to and from the race. Great neighborhood! The owners were very responsive and helped us out with a dishwasher issue right away. Overall it was a great stay!

Beautiful, Clean, Quiet, and Great Location

Beautiful, Clean, Quiet, and Great Location. We also loved the back deck! Be aware, there are a few stairs to the door and then a longer staircase inside to this top level flat. This is a great apartment but would not be accessible to anyone unable to negotiate a steep staircase.

A hidden gem

The building entrance on street-view does not do justice to the quality of the home within. Our family of seven (over three generations) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, bright, secure third floor apartment. The owners were very responsive and came immediately to fix a minor issue with the apartment when we informed them of it. Communications were timely and informative, and we had a lovely Grand Prix weekend as a result.
