The communications regarding the unit were exceptional and timely. The unit was fully self service and we didnt need to connect live but was responded to promptly with any questions we had. A great clean and spacious apartment in a quiet building.

Quiet and comfortable

Thoughts below, but tl;dr is that it was a great stay and we'd stay here again. The pictures were very accurate. We stayed in early June, where the temperature started cold and got hotter each day. The unit had electric heaters that could be adjusted for each room, a large (I think) split A/C unit that was quiet, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. It was easy to keep the unit the right temperature, with some unavoidable trial and error. The rooftop area was very nice and scenic, quite a few stairs so plan what you bring up there accordingly. I'm a very light sleeper, but with the noise machine I take everywhere the street noise didn't bother me at all. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment, and the street noise doesn't travel back there. Both the living room and bedroom have blackout-type curtains. The location was excellent, very close to the key neighborhoods and an Orange line metro station. There's good food options within a few blocks. I only speak English, and the host was very easy to contact and communicate with. I had no issues at all, and check in/check out was easier than average.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We have visited Montreal often over the years, but have mainly stayed at hotels. This apartment was wonderful. Location was great. The communication was good and the check-in was easy. The weather didn't allow much use of the deck, but the view was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked. All in all it is a very comfortable apartment in a great city. We did see review/reference to parking across the street and that lot worked out nicely for us. Very convenient.

Central, Safe and Spacious

Great space in a very accessible part of the Plateau. Very well equipped and cosy. The Unique Stays team were quick to respond to any questions and always positive and helpful. I'd definitely stay with them again.

A great place

The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. A great location close to the Metro with so many coffee shops and restaurants within a few blocks. The neighborhood was beautiful on a great fall weekend.

Great stay in Montreal

Great neighborhood with lots going on. On a busy street, but street noise was not a problem as the bedroom is in the back. Info about parking was confusing, but it all worked out in the end with a lot of back and forth with hosts. They were easy to reach and super friendly.

Three Nights in September

Nice spacious unit conveniently located near the Metro. The outdoor shared patio was great for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There are numerous good restaurants within walking distance. If driving, unloading your car is challenging as it’s a busy road with a bike lane. We were able to park at the hotel across the street for a reasonable fee.

I really enjoyed my time at the Vintage Unique Stay apartment. Very spacious. Outdoor shared patio plus incredible rooftop view of the city! Very comfortable. Located in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal so tons of shopping, eating & drinking places nearby plus Square St Louis Parc! It's too bad they don't have designated parking closer to the property but otherwise, no complaints! I'll be back!
