“Good”

“If you need a nice place to stay in downtown Winter Garden, please consider this place. It is the perfect size for a party of 4 and it is conveniently located to downtown restaurant’s. We stayed 8 nights and could not have been happier.”

“The interior of this property was super clean and looked exactly like the pictures online. You can tell the owner has made a big effort to stock the house with thoughtful and useful items a traveler might need or want. The kitchen was extremely well stocked also! The house was in a residential and rural area, don’t let the exterior fool you, it’s very modern and updated inside.”

“Location was perfect for "The Spring Games" with field assignment of Hancock Park in Clermont. The host communication was sufficient but, I have witnessed more timely responses. However, not sure that should always be expected.I expected the kitchen to be better stocked with utensils and kitchen ware. No pot holders or oven mitts and no knives with a sharp blade. “We rented the house for 3 weeks. We had a great time there. It was amazing to watch the varied wildlife around the area. I took my dog on walks every day. There is a nearby park with a boat launch, kids playground and large dock/pier. The area gets an A plus for walking score. The house was very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet. Every one was very pleasant. William (the host) was awesome! He answers very promptly and is very polite. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Great place to stay. We plan on staying again.”

“It felt like our own resort. House was spacious and rooms were great. Lovely patio and pool area with stunning sunsets over the lake. Dinners outside were magical and the wildlife was everywhere. The property is lovely and very private. ”
