“Is the second time we stayed in this building, condos are OK, and the location is good.”

“This is a studio unit that's been upgraded. Bathroom is very nice with an upgraded shower. Hot water is great. Kitchen is a studio unit that could use a tea pot and a pan with a lid. The murphy bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. ”

“The kitchen, bathrooms and bedding were clean. We were disappointed that there is no hot tub or pool available in the building as we had thought. Those are only for owners not guests. The other building had a communal one but it was closed while we were there. We chose this place to enjoy the after ski hot tub with another group we were meeting up with who rented elsewhere. The vrbo listing says 12 beds but what they don’t say is you are charged for each extra person after 6 people! So we had to...
