  • Beautiful, historic 3 BR Queenslander in the heart of Mooloolah Valley Sunshine Coast, only a short drive to the iconic Australia Zoo and the pristine beaches of the Sunny Coast. Mooloolah is a quiet township with a gorgeous village centre complete with IGA, bakery, cafe, Thai and more. Surrounded by beautiful national parks to explore and the refreshing Ewen Maddock Dam to swim in.

    The house is very comfortable, plenty of board games, books and puzzles to keep the kids entertained. You’ll love the convenience of being extremely close to the local shops, playgrounds and skate park. No need to drive into town.
    The property has a big, fully fenced backyard and fully fenced front yard, the house is very private.
    The huge rear deck has a beautiful views towards Maleny, relax on the outside furniture or have dinner on the 8 seater table watching the sunset. The gorgeous deck is loved by all our guests.

    Linen, bedding and towels are provided. New air conditioner installed 23/1/24, new oven installed 12/7/2023.

Nat was amazing to deal with.The house was a lovely, homely and comfortable.We loved the back deck and spent alot of hours playing games and chatting.Also the local bakery has the most amazing pies, definately a must do while you are there.Such a great place to stay with your pet and family

A beautiful, old, cosy home to rest and relax

My family and I needed a mid-term break to rest a little and this place was perfect for that. It's so homely and in a great little spot right near the Main Street and only a short drive to the swimming spot at the dam. Perfect!

Warm and homely. Great host thought of everything even a bone for the doggy. The people in the area were very friendly and welcoming . We thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Lovely house

Beautiful little house, perfect for our family of 5 to use as a base for a wedding in the area. Natalie is very responsive to communication and is extremely knowledgeable about the local area. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the home, its layout, doorways left and right, the contents and yard. The back covered area was a focal point for us to relax and enjoy the areas serenity and especially birdlife. Less than a minute to the shops with a great coffee, treats an IGA and local towns for a wider experience. This Queenslander style house is quirky and cool, a great kitchen and our Labrador loved the yard and deck. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of room. Would be great for families or couples.

Lovely old Queenslander home, perfect for a family

We only had 2 nights and the first was very heavy rain, but when the sun came out we drove to Caloundra and enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Great experience.

Excellent family stay

This property was perfect for our family stay, three generations and there was plenty of room for everyone to have a relaxing time. The back deck is fantastic. Location is so central so we could easily major attraction. Nat is a wonderful host and we thankyou again for allowing us to stay. The Mills families.

Family holiday

Lots of space for the kids to play and enjoy the bikes and trampoline. The house is in walking distance to shops . There's a great pizza place nearby. The kids loved the park . Overall a very pleasant trip.

Natalie was very accommodating for us and our pets. We needed accommodation for us and our pets while we transitioned to our new home and Natalie provided us with the perfect home to do so. So close to everything and a beautiful home to relax in.Thankyou 😀

Family feel

Nice and relaxing

The property provided our family of 6 with a quiet, cozy and well appointed house to enjoy. The house itself has a spacious yard and deck, with a covered downstairs area for children to play. The location is very close to shops and in a quiet little street. We were very pleased with the property and the helpful, friendly communication with the property manager.

Cute house

Nat was a gem. She was super friendly and checked in often without being overbearing. The house was cute and cozy. The location is fantastic, being within walking distance to the IGA and the bakery. The local bakery is definitely worth the trip. Their coffee is great, and all their bakery items were delicious.

Comfortable home for a quiet week away

We were after a quiet week away with our adult kids and our dog and that is just what we got. Nat's place is a great place to relax and unwind. If you are after modern and lux, this isn't the house for you, but if like us you want cosy and easy to live in, then Nat's place is great.Nat was very easy to contact and I felt if any issues came up she would have been ready to help at any time.Mooloolah Valley is quiet and pretty. House is close to everything you could need, and there are some great walks nearby.

Easy family holiday

With IGA so close, and the house well equipped, it was easy to relax, knowing that our needs could be well met. We used the local Chinese and pizza places, and the nearby hospital at Caloundra had a good outpatient service. Nice and quiet for sleeping, spaces for family to be together or chill out apart, this property ticks many boxes for parents organising children of all ages.

Friendly family home

The house was well-appointed and friendly, even if a little quirky. The back verandah was a lovely place to chill out and look over the view. The host was lovely - when our gas bottle ran out she was there within minutes with a new one. Shops only a short stroll away. Very convenient. Only 25 min to beaches and less to Australia Zoo.

Location Location Location

Nothing had been overlooked - the bedding was comfortable; there was numerous places to sit to unwind; and the games, toys and sporting equipment met the approval of twin 9 year olds. The house was situated well with both the hinterland attractions and the coast a short drive away. The fur kid loved the large backyard and rubbing noses with the friendly dog next door.

Lovely property very suitable for dogs. Large safe back yard. Gated safe front yard. Suitable for childen of any age inclded were toys books games etc. Comfortable beds close to small shopping centre colse to off lead park. All the added touches were appreciated
