“We brought our 1 yr old along and she was absolutely excited! The highlight was having kangaroos right outside our room, casually grazing on the grass throughout the day. They seemed so calm and used to having people around that my initial fear of getting boxed by a kangaroo quickly disappeared. 😂 The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. “We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We got married the night before and were staying here as a relaxing end to our wedding weekend. On checkin the lady said "I believe congratulations are in order! The outside dining and sitting area is so peaceful and relaxing. Amanda is the perfect host and ensured we had everything we needed for a truly memorable stay. “We had a lovely stay at the Gum Tree hideaway. Communications were great from start to finish making everything stress free. The cabin was perfect, well presented and with super soft bed linen. The kitchenette was kitted out with all we needed and a highlight was a good BBQ. We travelled with our dog and he liked exploring the area around the cabin. It was very peaceful with the sound of Carnaby cockatoos over head. The perfect little get away. I would happily stay again. ”
