Close and convenient

Nice small town. Had work to do on North side of town and was much shorter drive than from Okeechobee. Andy was helpful with lots of information and suggestions. Also it was good for us to become familiar with the camper life for our later years. Thank you for a wonderful 4 night stay.

Overall 5 stars,back bedroom didn't cool like it should, being a camper,so instead of putting the thermostat on auto i put it on run so it would recirculate the cold air to the back.otherwise i would have to put it on 60 to get it to 70 in back.owner i guess didn't like it,came in and put it on 78.i wasnt to happy to come home to it being 78 inside being from the north where i like it 68 inside.

Perfect spot for a fisherman's rest

Our stay was fantastic and our hosts were wonderful to work with before, during, and after. Great location for fishing Okeechobee and all the necessary amenities for our needs. Communication was top notch and all expectations were met and exceeded. We will definitely be checking back for our next trip to the lake.

Great option if fishing at Okeechobee

I stayed here for a few nights while fishing at Lake Okeechobee. The property owners were so nice and so accommodating with my space requirement for my truck and boat/trailer. The 5th wheel was perfect for my needs with plenty of space to rest, relax and work on fishing tackle. I will definitely seek to stay here again.

Amazing stay at the Duck Stop! Andrews communication prior to the stay was great; taking the time to answer all of my questions. The camper was very clean and comfortable. We had a spot to keep the boat on the trailer and the boat ramp was just a few miles away.

Amazing property

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived! It was nice to have Andy and Judy there to greet us and show us the 5th wheel. The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean and cozy. The location was great for us out of the way but shopping 20 minutes away. The pontoon boat ride was amazing we really enjoyed hearing the history of the area from Andy. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful stay. This property has so much more area than you would think. The outdoor area is perfect for a bonfire, fishing or just sitting in the sun relaxing. The RV was fully equipped with anything we could have needed. We will return! Nothing but good things to say! Andy and Judy were great hosts, very accommodating.

Nice and relaxing

Uncle from out of state traveling with teenage nephew/niece. Looking for laid back relaxing easy fishing. Great first experience with VBRO. Host was very accommodating. 5th wheel was very nice and kids really thought they were camping. Caught lots of pan fish. Hooked a couple of whoppers but tackle was to light. Had and amazing getaway.

Pure Pleasure

Andy and Judy were amazing hosts! Perfect location for a weekend away from reality! We came down from SC to spend our sons 12th birthday here and couldn’t of asked for better! The hospitality was amazing from all around the area. Even had a birthday ballon and sweet arrival note upon arrival for our son!
