The stay was awesome, it was just super hot in our room at night, we weren’t aware you could ask for a fan. I would just let people know at check in, that a fan is available apon request if needed.

Very nice property and room. One suggestion would be to have end tables beside the couch. The TV is in a room separate from the bedroom and it would make it easier to watch if there was a place to set your cup, etc. Also, a smart TV that you could stream to would be nice (cable just doesn’t cut it anymore).

We chose this hotel because we had our figs with us. We were put on the 2nd floor and the area to take our fogs to the bathroom is a park about a 1/2 block away. I didn’t feel safe taking the fogs out alone at night. Most hotels have a grassy area on the premises.

This hotel is Moose Jaw’s hidden gem! The staff are nothing short than amazing - always super courteous, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent and the architecture of the building is exquisite!

The suite we stay in was extremely run down and the furniture had seen better day. The only lights in the suite was the bright ceiling light. The curtains in bedroom were see through and the whole night the street lights and noise from the street kept us awake. The bar , lounge is very nice, but unfortunately the bartender have no training. We order rhum and coke and old fashioned, and it’s not what we got… pretty basic drinks… Location is amazing! You can walk everywhere. Go check out the tunnels of Moose Jaw…extremely entertaining. Parking was easy. Maybe ask for a room on higher floors, away from street noise and lights. Also the foyer decor is pretty neat. We are glad we tried it after all.

We were told we would be able to check in an hour early, which we were able to do but the housecleaning staff was still cleaning our room. The communication between house keeping and the front desk is lacking.
