  • Condominio de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, 1er piso en A Place at the Beach III. 2 camas individuales con una cama doble extraíble y una cama tamaño queen en el dormitorio principal. Sofá cama con un colchón de reina en la sala de estar. El complejo es el mejor en la playa con un tobogán acuático de 150 ', piscina cubierta, 2 jacuzzis, campo de minigolf, cancha de básquetbol, cancha de tenis y ping pong. El complejo también cuenta con parrillas de gas y carbón y una mini-tienda en el sitio.

    Mi condominio tiene 2 dormitorios y dos baños completos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio ofrece dos camas individuales con un sofá cama doble con una televisión. Perfecto para los niños. El sofá de la sala de estar es un sofá cama. Esta unidad duerme 6 cómodamente. La sala de estar cuenta con TV de pantalla plana de alta definición y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. La cocina está totalmente equipada. También hay un comedor, bar de bebidas, lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas.

Kids love the pool at A Place at the Beach! Only downside was the wristbands for small toddlers do not stay on their arms!

4 kids and 2 adults during our stay and we had plenty of room. The waterslide was a big hit. A lot of activities going on if you check the board in the office. Very quiet room during the night and comfortable beds! I would definitely recommend and stay again. Be sure to wear your arm band whenever you're not in your room. Great security measures here.

The facility is great for a family! The amenities keep the kids happy with quick access to the beach. It’s generally families staying here so the kids make friends and enjoy a round of putt putt and endless trips down the water slide

Great resort for the price! Beach temps were great in Sept when sunny, and the slide/pool are open until Sept 30. Highly recommended!

Great Family Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay. The Condo is as described and was perfect for our family of 5. Great location with plenty to do. Communication was awesome. Will definitely stay again.

excellent place for a get away

Great location , private, lots of stuff on the lot to do, private access to the ocean , two different pools n more. we will be back to this location for sure.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at APATB! Condo was nice and clean. Short walk to both indoor and outdoor pools and the beach. Would stay again.

Nice place at great resort

Can't beat a Place at the Beach with its pool, waterslide, and easy access to the beach. The condo is nice and the host (John) is very friendly and responsive. Staff at a Place at the Beach are/were friendly too. Would recommend staying here.

Family friendly

We had a great stay here at the property. It was me, my wife, and three kids, aged 11,11 and 13. There was plenty for the kids to do on site place was clean and very quiet after 1030 at night will definitely stay again.

Weekend At The Beach

It was a very nice weekend at the property. Had one issue with getting into the place, but the owner was very helpful and able to work with me to get the issue resolved. Always love staying where the owner is so great. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Best host I have ever interacted with! That alone would have us coming back for another stay. I booked a last minute stay for myself and my 4 children. Check in was easy. Location was the best part- a perfect pool with a snack bar and a waterslide to tube down with a boardwalk leading right to a gorgeous section of NC beach. This unit is on the end closest to the office, so there is a bit of a walk down the inside hallway to the pool and the beach- be prepared if you have littles or a lot to haul.We had an issue with the cleaning job that was done prior to check in, and the host responded IMMEDIATELY with a solution. He was so accommodating!Beds, very comfy. Could use some cosmetic updates throughout, an oscillating fan or two, more hooks in the bathrooms and on the deck to hang up towels and other damp items. A roku or other smart TV and a small amount of laundry detergent to use would be nice touches as well. Overall a wonderful stay and awesome condo resort.

Great property

Our family of 4 with 2 small children stayed for a week. The condo was a good size and we loved the trundle beds for the kids. The appliances could use an update but we had everything we needed. The pools are amazing and the beach access was perfect. The grounds are well maintained and we really enjoyed being close to Beaufort and Moorehead. We'll definitely rent here again. It was perfect for the kids!

Great condo

Warm, homelike feeling in this clean and well stocked condo. Close to the indoor pool that the grandkids love. Easy access to first floor unit via the ramp. We had no need to use the elevator, but could have if needed. It was nice having a washer and dryer for swim clothes and towels.

We enjoyed the stay and was happy about it being on the first floor. My only complaint was the spigots were black. They coated thick with black mold where they hadn’t been cleaned for so long

Spring Break Stay

Overall, the condo was nice. The main pool with the slide on the property was not operational and this was not disclosed to us prior to our stay. As one of the selling points, this was disappointing. The condo itself was nice enough. We did have an issue finding clean linens for all the beds (and we noted how many people would be in the condo so all beds should’ve been ready) including coming across sheets with big stains loaded in the linen cupboard. Overall, it was nice enough for our long weekend away.

A Few Days Away!

My family which consist of myself, my spouse, an 11 year son and a 14 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night, 5 day stay at A Place At the Beach. There were many things to do and see. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were nice. The kids really enjoyed the 150 water slide. They made lasting friends who we will keep in touch with going forward and hopefully visit same time, same place summer! They slept well at night! Jon was very easy to get in touch with and maintains a very clean and quaint atmosphere at his rental. Everyone wanted to spend a couple days more but unfortunately, all good things must come to and end! Thanks Jon and hope to visit again next summer! We happily rate your rental at 5 stars!
