Char's Cozy Condo

Overall beautiful condo that is well maintained and has a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. Very comfortable bed with almost everything you need for a fun stay at the beach. My only suggestion is better beach chairs... the bag chairs leave a lot to be desired. We enjoyed the pavilion on the way to the beach every day as it had plenty of shade and comfortable seating. Morning walks were so peaceful and we look forward to visiting again. I would recommend Chars Condo for a couple or small family. Lots to do in the area!

Girls weekend at the beach

Wonderful last minute weekend for myself, my sister and one of my sisters in law! Access to the beach was fantastic and the weather was beautiful for late October. Accommodations were very comfortable and worked perfectly for our needs!

Char was so lovely and accommodating when I reached out about a last minute one night visit for my husband’s birthday. Would definitely return for a longer visit! Gotta love the view from the red chairs!

We had a short weekend stay at Chars and it was simply amazing. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and so relaxing. The view was perfect! We will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. I expect we will be going there again. My only suggestion would be to replace the exhaust fan in the guest bath because it is VERY noisy.

My sisters and I brought my elderly mother because she wanted to "see the beach again". this condo fit the bill perfectly. There was a great view of the beach from the deck and a very accessible walkway to the ocean front. I highly recommend this great place to stay.

An idea stay

Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Char’s Cozy Condo in Emerald Isle. The view was beautiful; the condo was updated and clean; and the property was well-maintained. Char communicated before, during, and after the stay yet was never intrusive. We’d be happy to stay again in the future.

Easy beach access

Property was clean, grounds were well maintained. Very short walk to the beach/pool. Property is adjacent to a popular beach access so don't expect to be the only ones on the beach. Communication with Property Manager was good and she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing condo and great hostess!

We had the most amazing stay and absolutely loved the place! Char thought of all the little things needed to move in and start relaxing right away. Everything was super clean and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back next year! We loved the personalized welcome sign and made us feel very special ❤️

This place never disappoints!!

This is now our third time staying at Char’s condo and she’s made some nice upgrades! New lounging chairs in the living room and an addition of a table out on the balcony were nice new touches. Once again, the place was spotless with excellent quality towels and all of the amenities needed to stay for a week. The convenience of having a washer and dryer has helped us to pack less than half of what we used to since our first stay. Access to the beach is amazing and there’s been an addition of a plank pathway from the end of the wooden deck down to the beach. This makes it much easier to walk up the slight incline and makes it super easy to get our wagon to and back from the beach! As always, Emerald Isle was never too busy, there was always plenty of room at the beach. The ease of going anywhere on the Crystal Coast is super easy from the condo. Parking was excellent as always and being within a gated community gives that extra sense of safety. It’s a shame we can only give it 5 Starts!!! Pat & Lori O.

Cozy condo stay

We loved our time at Char’s condo! Close to the beach, and great views from inside and out on the balcony. We enjoyed cooking dinner in and eating out in Emerald Isle. The pool at the property was also a nice place to swim. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

My mom and I stayed here for a short weekend. The place was as expected based on pictures, very clean, and the views from the porch were just gorgeous. Our host was so friendly and helpful when I had a question. We would love to come back.

Wonderful Stay!

we stayed only a few days, but enjoyed every minute! Char was extremely attentive and provided a ton of information about the surrounding area! We had one sweltering day and thoroughly enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. In the evening we sat on the deck and watched the clouds roll in over the ocean. Gorgeous view and extremely comfortable and cozy condo! Excellent stay! Thank you, Char!

Perfect VRBO Experience

My family had such an amazing time at Char’s Beach Condo. She was very accessible and even let us know when cleaners finished so we were able to arrive a bit early! It was clean, well stocked and with beach/ocean views as well. Easy access to beach. Great location. Will definitely be staying here again!

We had a lovely time visiting Emerald Isle. Our host was helpful and welcoming - the condo is in excellent condition and a very convenient location to the beach, grocery and other food options. Would definitely come back!
