Perched on Dowsville Brook (which runs straight to the Mad River), this home is located just 12 miles northeast of Mad River Glen and 13 miles north of Sugarbush Resort, and is the perfect base for your getaway! Retreat to this warm, welcoming home at any time of year to enjoy nearby skiing, changing leaves, fantastic hiking, and a wealth of other outdoor activities! You'll love warming up by the gas fireplace and enjoying the sounds of the brook; leaving you wanting to return in every season! The bedrooms feature a queen bed, futon, two twin beds and a twin over full bunk bed, perfect for a variety of guests.

Roomy, Cozy and private. Everything you would need was provided. Plenty of towels and bedding. I have no complaints.

Very comfy place to relax and unwind. Being pet friendly is great as we brought our miniature red poodle. Some very nice small touches throughout, including for our pup.

Great location; woodsy enough to see the Milky Way from the back porch while still be 15 minutes away from multiple great restaurants. Spacious and welcoming.

Great house and location. Close to Bolton valley and sugarbush. Great stay with my friends to check out Vermont and do some skiing

Idyllic Long Weekend

We had a delightful stay, thoroughly enjoying the accommodations, the attractions of surrounding towns, and the background soundtrack of the nearby brook and woodland birds. Absolutely recommended!

Great location for Sugarbush!

Awesome property close to Sugarbush. Host was super communicative and even helped us get left behind items returned with in days. Will definitely be back!

The house was nice but has some small unfinished quirks. The upstairs bathroom has no blinds on any of the windows. You have to shower and use the toilet with open windows. The windows face away from other buildings but look directly over the driveway to the additional house on the property. Parking was slightly confusing and could use some signage.
