The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed time together playing games and soaking in the hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs.During the day we visited an Apple Orchard, the dam, and road the rail bike in Blue Ridge.Thank you

Nice but not great for a large group in rainy weather

While the cabin is nice, we had difficulty finding places to sit comfortably as a family of five. We had rain so the outdoor spaces were not as appealing. The den area has seating for 4 plus the kitchen table,which is nice for eating and playing games but less comfortable for watching tv or visiting. The same is true of the “play room” downstairs.

Relaxing and peaceful stay

Our four day stay at Mama Bear’s Cabin was very relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and at night enjoyed the fire pit. The cabin was very nice and well stocked.

Constructive suggestions

Creaking floors and thin walls made sleeping difficult between upstairs and downstairs occupants. Difficult spending time together in living space. Yet sleeping 4 bedrooms was nice to have. Could use newer fry pans, moe than 1 set of towels per bathroom for over 3-4 day stay. Refrigerator missing bottom shelf which limits storage. Leave on outdoor lighting should be left assuming later arrival. Very narrow, steep gravel road, poor signage especially after dark. As rental owner these suggestions are made to be constructive.

Cute house and property

Nice place to settle in and enjoy time with friends. A little bit of a drive to explore the areas around, however, also out of the hustle of the tourist areas to allow some good quiet downtime.

Spring break with grandkids

Very nice cabin with lots of room. Location was a close distance to many places, we went to Vogel state park, Brasstown Bald, swinging Bridge, Neels Gap. There were several Dig parks in Blairsville. Hot tub was great. The TVs are smart TVs so learn how to use them or you will get aggravated lol. Overall a great place

Loved this property and all the thoughtful supplies, and cute decorations Our family loved the views, hot tub, cornhole game and decks best. Very clean and in terrific shape.

Spacious with amenities

We wanted a mountain getaway to relax and enjoy. This place had great atmosphere, great location. We had plenty of room, a nice little area to take walks and plenty of things to do at the cabin. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

Great cabin!

We loved everything about this cabin! It is big enough that nobody feels crammed but small enough that it feels quaint and cozy. Everything (beds, couches) was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was fantastic! When we arrived, the cabin was very clean. Highly recommend!

Needs personal touches

The property was as photographed but lacked some personal touches to make it a great experience. Bath towels were all mismatched and had an odor. Kitchen appliances were dated and somewhat damaged, while still operational. Bedding was very basic, master comforter was really just a heavy blanket and was stained. Check in process requires going to a rental office about 20 minutes away from property and seems unnecessary since you aren’t given a physical key, just a key code. Living room furniture is sparse, and only has seating for 4. Kitchen Table seating had 2 bar height stools that were not suitable for table height. The basement shower had only Luke-warm water. All that said, we had a fun trip. The surrounding area is beautiful, the porches, fire pit, and hot tub were so relaxing. The basement area appears to be newly refurbished. Great parking at cabin.
