We had a wonderful stay at this mountain cabin! It was super clean, really spacious, and just an all-around comfortable place to relax. The sunset views were beautiful and something we looked forward to every evening.It’s a great spot for families with plenty of room to spread out and unwind. We’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others looking for a peaceful getaway.

What an amazing property and experience! Check in was easy and special requests were handled to a t. And the view... Rented this property for an engagement weekend so good or bad it was going to be memorabIe, that being said idon't think I could have picked a better place. We'll be back for sure :)

The home was perfect! Exactly as described. Close to downtown Blue Ridge, big comfortable beds and rooms, great family space, clean, and everything you need! If you’re looking for a space for your large family, this is it! Zero complaints.

We loved the location and view from the hit tub. The hit tub is located on a screened porch on the main floor and has an excellent Mountain View. The only drawback was there is no shower on the main floor to rinse before and after using the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at S’more Sunsets but the addition of a shower even outdoors on the main floor would be nice. The only other thing I would mention is there is no avoidance if using stairs. To access the main floor you must go up a flight of stairs. There are no bedrooms on the main floor, so you must either go up or down a flight of stairs to reach a bedroom. If stairs are not an issue for you, this is a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing place to stay with many options for entertainment without having to leave the cabin. My husband and I stayed for 8 nights and never felt a need to leave to be entertained or have something to do.
On one of our walks to take our little dog potty, three deer crossed the road right in front of us.

Peaceful and spacious

Great property with many amenities and space for spreading out. Three levels inside, two decks outside plus yard space around fire pit. The screened porch with hot tub was an extra bonus, especially being able to watch the sunset from the hot tub! Aptly named for great sunset views. Unusually hot during our stay so there was a significant temperature difference between the upper level loft (warm) and the lower level bedrooms (chilly); choose accordingly! Be prepared for bumpy, gravel roads on the last couple miles to the cabin.

Fun Birthday Weekend

We had a great time staying at the cabin! The view was great, the cabin had everything we needed, and the 4 dogs we brought enjoyed themselves as much as the people did. Definitely recommend staying here, and checking out bearclaw vineyards and grumpy old men brewing while you’re in town.

Wonderful weekend!

Sister’s weekend! Great home with a fabulous view of sunsets. Very clean and comfortable. Two dining tables were great- one for jigsaw puzzle and the other for meals. The beds were very comfy and nice towels and luxury spa style robes and slippers were wonderful! Glad we rented an SUV for the trip up the mountain to the house - all part of the adventure! Short drive to Blue Ridge for shopping. Oh, and the hot tub on the screened porch? Fabulous! Thanks for a great weekend! Really lovely.

S`MORE SUNSETS

The property is gorgeous, and the view is spectacular! We brought our two furrbabies to this property. The firepit solar panel lighting wasn't functioning due to the overgrowth by the sensor. It's VERY dark down there, but can easily be resolved by starting up a nice fire. We opted out since there were so many bugs down there and we preferred not to smell like smoke all evening. We enjoyed the hot tub 24/7, and the back top deck with the view. We never played any of the games provided, but they have a cabinet full by the kitchen, and yard games on the lower back deck to play. The view from the loft bedroom waking up every morning was stellar. The loft shower is incredible. Can't wait for the opportunity to stay at in this beautiful rental again.

Perfect Weekend for Friends!

We were a group of 4 couples looking for a weekend getaway, and this was perfect! We loved that each couple had their own bedroom and space, and no one had to split up in a bunk room. The screened in porch with the hot tub was amazing, and you could still see the gorgeous view. Loved how everything was clean, orderly, and easy to find, and communication with the property group before and during our stay was a breeze with wonderful customer service. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, cookware, appliances, gadgets, etc. that we needed to cook all of our meals. We loved the opportunity to stay at S’more Sunsets and are looking forward to return as an annual trip!

Great weekend away spot

The cabin was clean and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed; from kitchen items to games/entertainment. The property is very large and has a lovely outdoor area for kids/dogs to run around and play. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi on the main level. Beautiful views. Communication with management was frequent and they were quick to respond. The tap water did have an odd smell - when I enquired with management they said it was common after heavy rains. It didn't dissipate over our weekend stay. It wasn't that big a deal, we just didn't drink the tap water. The pro's definitely outweighed the one con. Our family enjoyed our stay and will go back.
