- A beautifully styled townhouse with sparkling coastal views, set in the heart of the charming fishing town of Amble, this inviting retreat is perfect for large families or groups of friends, dogs included. Wake to the sound of gulls, breathe in the sea air, and let the pace of life slow to something wonderfully restorative.
Wander through Amble’s friendly streets and discover artisan coffee spots, independent shops, and restaurants all within 500 metres. Stroll to Amble Pier for fresh seafood straight from the lobster hatch, or make your way to Amble Harbour (600 metres) to board a boat bound for Coquet Island, where puffins, terns, and other seabirds thrive at the RSPB reserve.
For more leisurely days, the Harbour Village is a must: browse quirky boutiques, enjoy marina views, and dine in award‑winning seafood restaurants and cosy cafés. Follow the scenic path along the Coquet Estuary, keeping an eye out for wading birds and kingfishers. This gentle walk leads you all the way to Warkworth (1.5 miles), home to a dramatic medieval castle, an ancient church, and a sweeping sandy beach.
