The house and the location were great. kitchen was well equipped (although the old style replica stove was a little challenging for a Thanksgiving dinner - but we made it work). “The house is so much more spacious than it appears. Kitchen is a great size with abundant seating. Views are spectacular, people we met in the area were extremely friendly. “My wife and I loved being here. It was a fantastic location and we enjoyed sunsets and people, boat, and birdwatching. The beds were super comfortable and it was very restful to sleep with the windows open and hear the birds chirping. “This is a “lived-in” rustic log cabin and was perfect for our group of fishermen. Hanging out in the great room in the evenings was ideal. Just two suggestions -the can opener is missing a gear and the back up manual can opener is bent and bends too easily to function. We also look forward to evenings at the fire pit, but the lawn was uncut 1 to 2 feet tall -a mess and made using the fire pit and waterfront impossible.”

“We have rented this cottage in September 2023 to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday with friends. The Owner was very accessible, answered all my questions very fast before and while we were there. The place is beautiful, everything you need to cook is there, and the view from the kitchen and living room is amazing! The master bedroom is beautiful, private and has many windows so you can see the lake when you wake up in the morning. I will definitely go back!”
