The house is absolutely gorgeous and well appointed. However, no local property manager to talk to—all third party texts via Vicasa not VRbo. No internet the entire time we were there. Very frustrating. Signs to recycle but no recycle bins, and an envelope to tip the housekeeping staff was left. WHAT??? Cleaning is part of the cost of the unit—and no one came in to clean while we were there.
In all honesty the people with whom I texted to complain were all professional and tried to help us. There was no one local—which should be a requirement. We did get a credit for one night and for that we are grateful.
Location was great as well. It would have gotten five stars if there was a local manager who tried to help with the internet. I won’t ever book a place again that is part of the Vicasa group.
