  • First floor apartment, one bedroom, one bunk room. Large kitchen/diner and lounge. Great views of Ressachaux and Nyon, and Nantua. Windows in every room including the bathroom. Equidistant from from Pleney lift (10mins walking) and Supermorzine lift (8mins walking). Lockable ski cave with room for up to 4 mountain bikes. Next door to the Hotel Fleur Des Neiges. Entry to building by coded security system. Only nine apartments in the Block. A real home away from home, with better views.
    Please note there is a minimum of 4 nights when booking.

Property was niceley located about 5 mins from Super Morzine lift. Clean, warm and quiet just on the edge of the town.

Great apartment and good location.

Enjoyed the stay at the apartment, great location and good size for family of 5. A dishwasher in time would be good but no real complaints. Would stay there again for sure.

Return to Morzine

Nice, comfortable apartment, great location to the ski lifts, shop's and main Street/ square.Plenty of cooking equipment, cutlery, crockery etc, sometimes commercial let's give only basics.Extras like DVD and books in case the weather is not good.

Excellent Location

Myself and 2 friends had a wonderful stay at this property. It is located perfectly just a 5 minute walk from the town centre, Pleney and Super Morzine lifts. The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed.

Perfect apartment and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bright, well-appointed and conveniently located apartment. Angela was terrific with communication and graciously allowed us to check in early. The only suggestion—since our stay was during a heat wave—it would’ve been nice to have a fan, but we managed!

Ski holiday with friends. Great apartment in good location. Apartment is a good size, very clean, good kitchen and comfortable beds. Location is a 10 min walk to both lifts and town centre. Supermarket close by.

Family ski holiday

Great apartment which was very well equipped and had everything you could ever need. Very clean and warm and 5 min walk to Super Morzine lift and the town. Owner very helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

Very nice apartment

Comfortable and clean apartment, well equipped. Quiet block. A very pleasant stay. Supermarket very close. About 10 minutes walk to lifts so loses a star for location and probably a bit too far for small children in ski boots, but I'd still be very happy to stay there again.

Wonderful Mountain Biking Trip

The arrival instructions were spot on and everything worked really well. The accommodation is superbly located close to a small supermarket and the lifts at super morzine and pleny. The apartment is clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony with Mountain View’s. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment with easy access to both lifts. Really well equiped. Enjoyed having basic store cupboard bits that you could replenish as you go and clean washing up cloths!

Comfortable and homely appartment

I stayed for 4 days in March along with my daughter. The appartment was very spaciaous and comfortable. A real home from home. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook for ourselves on a couple of evenings. It was in a good location, close to feee bus routes and only a short walk to the ski lifts. I’d be happy to recommend.

A perfect stay in a lovely apartment.

We loved our stay in this bright, airy apartment. The check-in process worked seamlessly. The host is unfailingly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with a shop nearby and easy access to the town centre and lifts. The apartment is of a very high standard, with everything that we needed. The position of the apartment ensures that it stays cool even on the warmest days. We hope to return soon.

Great small family apartment

This is a perfect apartment for a family of 4 to stay at in Morzine. Under a ten minute walk from the Pleney lift and maybe 10 from SuperMorzine it is really weĺl located. Plenty of restaurant's etc also within 10 mins walk. Its not luxury but very much meeta the needs of anyone here to get plenty of skiing in and have a great time. We ate in 3 night's and it was perfect. Plenty of hot water and a good warm apartment with plenty of light. Angela the owner/manager was very quick to respond to queries through the app. All in all we would definitely go back.

Excellent Apartment well situated

The property management company let the owner down by giving the wrong information to access the apartment block etc but the owner responded quickly and resolved the issue. Under the bunk beds are 2 spare mattresses, the cleaning company have clearly not cleaned under there for a long time. The mattress on the sofabed could do with replacing. These all sound like lots of issues but they did not detract from our stay one bit. Would definitely stay there again.

Appartement fort agréable et lumineux mais loin des remontés mécaniques . Faut marcher ou mieux, prendre le gratuit bus. Pas de local de ski. Morzine est une ville très agréable . On reviendra . Attention lors de la réservation de payer en euros et non en livres

Short Break

All communications with the owner were extremely prompt and incredibly helpful. The property was very clean with useful extras which you would not expect to be present in sterile holiday acomodation such as some DVDs/books/seasonings for cooking - simple items which made the experience more pleasant. The three of us who stayed here are each planning to return independently with our own families, there can be no better endorsement.

Fantastic apartment

Had a great short stay here with a couple of friends. Apartment is large and well equipped and very nicely appointed. Short walk to the town/ski lifts. Really easy, especially if you can store kit at hire shop or lifts. Owner very fast to respond on any queries. Thanks!
