“Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. “We enjoyed this place so much. We picked it specifically for star gazing in mind (dark sky) and it was perfect for that. But we also just enjoyed the backyard play structure, hot tub and backyard seating areas. Really nice and clean place inside - all around the entire family enjoyed it and we’ll be back sometime in the future.”

“We stayed 5 days the house had almost everything you could possibly think of (no cookie sheet) It was very clean and it was so nice to sit on the deck and watch wildlife or stars at night. We visited the Shrine of the Stations of the Cross , The Great Sand Dunes and the Zappa Falls all within an hour drive while we were there.”

“The Outdoor Living Spaces are superb with a covered patio, open patio, deck and hot tub. It is so quiet and so dark at night the stars just pop out like crazy. A Slice of Heaven on earth. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. The beds and linens were so comfortable. We have never stayed at a VRBO that is so well supplied. The views are magnificent from every window. Everything about the house is first class!”

“This is a small town, that's quiet and quaint. It was wonderful to relax and enjoy the scenery. It had everything we needed. Very cozy and the hosts were great! Would highly recommend to others :) (Ask about the private chef - it was a really neat experience and the food was so yummy!) ”
