Unique stay

We had a short stay to visit the Sand Dunes which are about 30 minutes from the home. The host was very helpful and the home was stocked with fun games and toys my kids enjoyed. Great view from the back porch and perfect place to view the night sky

Beautiful Property & Great Location

This was our second time staying at this property and it was a great fit for our family. Plenty of sleeping space, climbing dome outside, a fun jetted tub the kids still talk about, and great proximity to the sand dunes & alligator farm. The home is clean, spacious, and has nice quality furnishings. The hosts are very friendly & accommodating.

Loved our stay!

We had the best time staying at this lovely house near Great Sand Dunes—seriously couldn’t have asked for more! Kristen was an incredible host, super thoughtful and on top of everything. She even messaged me before we arrived with super helpful tips that made our trip even smoother. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to relax after our adventures. We especially loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was—perfect for stargazing and unwinding. It felt like a true home away from home. Can’t thank Kristen enough for making our stay so special!

Nice property with views of the sand dunes and Sangre de Christo mountains. The house is on the same property as the owner but we never saw them. The house had everything we needed for our stay!

A great place to stay for Great Sand Dunes National Park

The house is spacious and fit our family of 8 very comfortably. The stove and oven are not working very well. If you want to use the oven you have to have a burner on. Otherwise, it is a dark night sky, nice bathrooms, washer, dryer, well stocked. Very smooth check in and check out!

We stayed here just for a night as when we saw the Great Sand Dunes. The property was clean and nicely decorated, and was more spacious then I originally thought it would be. The small cooler helped to cool things down but was a little loud. When we had some issues with VRBO web site, the manager quickly communicated with us via texts.

Great place near Great Sand Dunes NP!

The owners of this rental have thought of it all. The house has everything you need to make your stay feel like home, from cooking utensils to a Keurig/coffee pot to shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms. My husband even commented that the owners were great hosts! We would stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

This home was the perfect location for our visit to the Sand Dunes. The property is very well kept and even nicer than the listing in my opinion. There were many thoughtful details the host provided like sand toys, a first aid kit, and games for varying ages. There were even classic Nintendo games for us adults to enjoy! We felt very welcomed and are already planning our next visit!

Girls Weekend

We stayed at this property for one night, and our main plans were to spend some time at the Sand Dunes recreation pool. The location was perfect! We were a short ten minute drive from the pool, as well as numerous other attractions. The house was very well-stocked with cooking equipment, but also had many items for convenience like extra cell phone chargers and beach towels for the pool. It was very clean and quiet at night. The sunset view from the deck was spectacular!
