"The wash (face) cloths in the bathroom are consistently dingy and brown and very old. The need to be replaced! Also the soap “bars” are minuscule and thin as a paper chip. Practically worthless. Breakfast is a underwhelming. Toast, bagel or waffle from the self serve waffle maker."
