“It was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpful”

“We came to visit Chester and the Hotel Manager- didn’t catch his name sorry but he welcomed us with warmth and made our stay special, checking with us whether everything was alright with our stay, he had some veggie sausages especially made for us for breakfast, The place is very convenient if you are visiting Chester, short drive into the city. We did the City Walls as suggested by the Manager, which covered pretty much the city followed by beautiful scenery. ”

“Room was really big. Very clean Spa was lovely, not too busy very clean. All staff were very polite friendly and helpfull. Our waiter in the palm court was excellent. Olly. All food was delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast and evening meal at the palm court. The hotel was very luxurious and beautiful decor. We like bed celebrating our friends 60th birthday there and will definitely be back.”

“A perfect stay and will definitely be back. Easy check in, the rooms, 1 and 2, were fantastic and great for the dogs. The facilities in the room were everything we needed. The bar and restaurant were really well set out and the decor created a nice homely feel, very relaxing. The food was perfect, good portion sized, nicely presented and really good quality.
