Welcome to Ses Ankers, a lovely holiday home in Mossel Bay, just 600 m from Diaz Beach and Diaz Water Park. Ideal for two families, the home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two sleeper couches for children. Relax in the cosy indoor braai room, stream your favourites on the Smart TVs and enjoy uncapped Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, air fryer and Nespresso machine. Secure on-site parking and convenient nearby shops complete an easy coastal stay.

This comfortable and well-equipped three-bedroom home offers everything needed for a relaxing family or group getaway.

The sleeping arrangements include:

Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed and a dressing table.
Bedroom 2: One double bed and a dressing table.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds.

The living area features two couches that convert into three-quarter sleeper couches, providing additional sleeping space when required. A Smart TV is also available for guests’ entertainment.

The house has two bathrooms:

One full bathroom with both a bath and a shower.
One bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove with a gas hob, double sink, fridge and freezer, air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.

A separate, fully equipped braai room provides the perfect space for relaxed indoor entertaining. It features a large built-in braai, comfortable dining space and a Smart TV.

The property is fully fenced and secured with a gate. Upon arrival, manually slide the gate open. The house keys will be available in a secure lockbox, and access instructions will be provided before check-in.

Please note that there is one step at the entrance to the house.

Rules:
- No smoking or vaping inside the house.
- Please respect our neighbours.
- No parties or functions without prior permission.
- Smart TV: Use your own Netflix and DStv login details and log out before departure.
- Do not move furniture or beds. Only the couches may be converted into sleeper couches.
- Please report any broken items or damages.
- Please leave the house tidy and return everything to its original place.
- Before leaving: lock doors and windows, switch off lights and appliances, and return keys and
remotes.
- Bedding for the sleeper couches is in the trousseau kist.
- Put all linen or pillows not being used in the trousseau kist.
- Please wash the stainless-steel braai grid after every use.

One Night Stays will be charged at R2250 per night.
