  • Updated single family home, cottage style for rental up to 8 guests. Garage and Recreation area with kennels for dogs. Hunters are welcome, dogs allowed to stay in basement. Walk to nearby restaurants and bars and the town of Mott. Many public hunting areas available and close by.

    Cottage style 3 level home - Basement, Main and Upper. Recently updated with many improvements including on demand hot water, electric heat and stove, out door gas grill, deck, off street parking.

    Cleaning service available for longer term rentals.

    There is an additional cost for high speed internet and utilities for long term renters (30 days). Send an inquiry for more details.

Worked great for our hunting trip. Spent a lot of time in the garage. Very nice setup they have there for a group.

We are pheasant hunters. This place was set up to accommodate us and we enjoyed it. We had three dogs that we kept mostly in the garage/great room. That space made the rental extra special.

Quaint little house.

The stay was good. Its a quaint little house with everything you need. The weather was not the best so we didnt get to enjoy the back deck.

Great base for a hunting trip!

Set up well for hunters. The property manager Spencer was very helpful. Good location and the boot dryers came in handy!

Family reunion

I needed a place to stay near Mott for a large family reunion. This location fit the bill and was perfect for our needs. Located right in downtown Mott, it’s exactly as the photos reveal. Not flashy but it’s comfortable and cozy enough for family get togethers or for use a hunting trip refuge! Thanks Mike and Spencer for a great experience! Chris

Great House

My kids and I enjoyed our time in this cute cottage. The owner has included nice touches throughout the home. It’s comfortable and cozy. The air conditioning on the top floor struggled to keep that room cool during the day, but to be fair, the days were about 100 degrees while we were there, and it was always cool enough for sleeping at night. We had some trouble with the wifi, and Spencer came over to help. He was great, as was our host, Mike. I highly recommend this house.

Place was great. Mike even ordered and had delivered a slow cooker for use during our stay. Very comfortable and bonus room in garage.

This house is perfectly set up for our group of hunters, the garage is a nice added bonus as that is where we hung out and ate meals our entire stay.

Property served our purpose

Enjoyed our stay in Mott as we hunted for birds. The house was all that we needed for successful hunting. Well stocked kitchen, nice hot shower, adequate beds, etc

Great location for pheasant hunting

We stayed in this house in Mott and were able to hunt many fields in the surrounding area for pheasants.

Perfect for hunting weekend

Plenty of beds and kitchen is well stocked for a group of friends over the weekend. House is located a quick walk to the delicious steaks and beverages at Bottoms Up and Pheasant Cafe. We’ll be back!

Excellent stay for our pheasant hunt

Property was as described and set-up well for our annual pheasant hunt in Mott. We used the outdoor grill every night and the boot warmers were helpful on the wet days. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

I enjoyed my stay in North Dakota and very much enjoyed staying in this rental for its proximity to my job assignment and the amenities of town. Both were in walking distance. Also, pet friendly, as Mott is the pheasant capital of ND it comes with your very own pet pheasant. They are a beautiful bird! Given the opportunity to return I would definitely stay here again.

ND Hunting trip

The place worked well for us. However, dirty dishes were placed with the clean ones so had to wash everything. Refrigerator/Freezer full of old food. Outside garbage can was not emptied, still had pheasant guts in it from previous party.

Comfortable and Convenient

While the house is small, it was comfortable for 4. It might be a little cramped for too many more than that. It is an older house, but met our needs. We would definitely stay there again.
