Three generations family vacation

We were looking for a place where the entire family from ages 16 to 83 Could all get together in one space and enjoy a Good old fashion family vacation. This place fit the bill. We were impressed with the ease of renting from Lakehouse rentals. Everyone there was very professional and easy to deal with. The location of the home was wonderful. Had a lot of great surrounding spots we could go visit. The house was very well kept and the lake was easy to access. There was an incident with the dock. However, they immediately came out and fixed it without any problems. We all had an amazing fabulous time and would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to have a family reunion, get together over the summer time. The weather was not ideal however, we were absolutely able to make the best of it. We were able to get out on the lake with our flotation devices every day except for one where it rained all day but for that they had plenty of games available and puzzles and we did a lot of puzzles. We made amazing memories that we will never forget and hopefully will get back here again for another family vacation soon. We loved it that much.

Wonderful Vacation location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and neat with plenty of room to gather. We enjoyed being right on the water and spent most of our week floating peacefully by our own personal dock. The property is next to a small public beach that is accessed along the house property, Sunday was a busy day at the public beach but the rest of the week was relatively quiet. There is also a small cabin on the property that we rented and thoroughly enjoyed. It is quaint and very comfortably furnished. The main house has lots to do with its screened in porch, sun room down stairs and beautiful sitting room facing the lake. We also loved the outdoor shower! We could get out of the lake and jump in for a rinse! The lake was lovely, clean and refreshing. We would definitely go back and stay and we thank the owners for providing us such a wonderful vacation spot!

The house in not air conditioned

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is not air conditioned. Three bedrooms are but the rest of the house was very hot and humid. The beach is not very private, it's beside the neighborhood beach. There was loud music and loud voices coming from the neighborhood beach. The unbearable heat and noise ruined our vacation. I do not recommend this vacation home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property the last week in June. We were a group depending on the day between 10-14 guests. This property was perfect for our needs. Having the 2 houses was perfect to have that extra space to make it comfortable. The main home was a good size for when we were all togethers indoors. Most of the time was spent outdoors on large lawn, large sand area for the toddlers and easy access to walk into the lake or paddleboard off the dock. Great sunsets. Home was very clean. Rental company was friendly and easy to work with. We were very pleased with vacation rental.
