This house was absolutely perfect for us! We met our three adult kids and their families here and there was something for everyone to do, including the toddler! We had a fire out back, played disc-golf, used the hot tub, and enjoyed the deck. My daughter really appreciated the loft with all of the toys- it kept our granddaughter happy! The house was expansive and easily had enough room for all of nine of us plus two dogs. Mt. Airy is a nice town and we had fun checking everything out on Main Street. The host was communicative and helpful.We are looking forward to staying again! Thank you!

This was my family’s 9th annual fall girls trip and this was by far one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. The house was very clean, well stocked, and organized. This host takes extra care to provide little touches to make the house very convenient and comfortable. My elderly grandmother could get around well and my mother who is in a wheelchair was also able to use everything with ease. The host is very responsive and easy to reach. It was very convenient to downtown and the store was only a few minutes away. It’s really hard to find a home that will comfortably fit a large crowd, but this house was it. I would absolutely recommend anyone stay here.

We loved the river behind the home, its one of the prettiest rivers and so much fun to play in and climb on the big rocks. The grandchildren loved the upstairs playroom and the outside playground with climbing wall, slide & swings!!! The adults loved the large rooms & indoor and outdoor games. It was so well located to walking trails, parks and downtown. This place was amazing. The owner is immediate with communications .

We had a wonderful week making Riverside memories with our two grown sons and their young families. The home is immaculate, beautifully, but comfortably furnished and so very well equipped. We were blessed with perfect weather so we could enjoy the lovely pool and the scenic river. We spent so much time outdoors that we didn’t have enough time to take advantage of everything provided on the inside. There is something for everyone. We all agreed it was our best vacation ever and want a do-over! Thank you Beata!

Great Family vacation

Found home just as advertised. A great quiet location. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great location on the river where we enjoyed several camp fires. House has everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of spices. Only disappointment was the fishing, was hoping for some good trout fishing but none to to had. That is the way fishing goes!

Excellent vacation home!

We stayed here with our extended family for a week and had a fantastic time. We had a number of kids under age 10 with us and found the house and the pool well equipped for their imaginations. The weather was super hot that week, but with the trees and the water... we felt like we'd found an oasis. Very close to all things Andy Griffith and Mayberry as well as Pilot Mountain.

Family vacation

Our family loved the beautiful home on the river. It was the perfect size for our family of 10. The children loved the pool and all the games. It was a very relaxing week and we were very impressed with how clean and how nice the house was. We enjoyed visiting Mt Airy as our children love the Andy Griffith show.

AWESOME!!

Girl's Annual Trip was amazing!! This cabin is absolutely stunning. Plenty of room for a large group and the amenities are SUPERB!! Kitchen is excellently stocked, best I've ever seen! Hope to go with a family group next time!!!

Perfect getaway

This is a beautiful home! The property feels secluded but it’s actually in town close to everything. Perfect for a family with all ages - playroom for toddlers, game room for older kids. It was perfect!

Fantastic Family Getaway

We were very happy with the property and our 5-day stay in early March. The house is updated and beautifully decorated with great showers, plenty of beds and a very well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms comfortably housed our five kids, elementary through young adult. The Grandparents appreciated the detached cottage for their own space when they came to visit. It was a bit early for the pool but the kids loved being able to play on the large rocks in the river and discovered a box turtle (named him "Amazon). We enjoyed reading on the lounge chairs on the deck, cooked smores in the campfire ring at night and everyone enjoyed the outdoor and indoor games as well as the Ms. Pac-Man game and extensive Wii game collection. Beata communicated well and answered all of our questions. 5-Star host! We talked about how great this property would be for a family reunion and that we might like to return some day. Highly recommend!

Family Birthday Celebration

We were beyond impressed with this beautiful home and property. We Our grandchildren loved the outside space to run, play and enjoy the creek. The home and cottage were beautifully decorated, well stocked and immaculately maintained and clean. We hope to visit again!

Mt Airy Escape

We only stayed for one night passing through however we made the best of it! The property was absolutely incredible! Located right on the river…very private! Well appointed as we loved the “pay it forward” kitchen! Guest house was amazing as well! Hot tub and outdoor shower were a bonus! All the rooms and common areas were well appointed! We will definitely be back when we can spend more time! Thanks so much! Seth

Nice quiet relaxing vacation

The place is amazing. Our kids enjoyed the pool (although it's pretty cold and doesnt get sun by mid-September). The river out back was a big hit...my only suggestion would be it was hard for the kids to get down to the river....some stairs or at least a better, cleared pathway down the embankment to the water would have resolved that issue! Its pretty steep and covered in plants currently... House was spectacular, very clean, playroom was an amazing thing to have to keep our kids entertained without having to pack and bring a bunch of toys with us! Would definitely stay again, highly recommended this for a family vacation spot!
