Very clean and well-equipped house. The only items missing were some larger skillets in the kitchen for cooking but there were small size to use instead.

The location of this house was outstanding. It is super close to downtown. The house was clean. The layout worked perfectly with two living rooms on either end of the house.

The house met all of our needs...walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and waterfront. Plenty of space for the four of us, both privacy and together space. Inside and out in the game garage. Backyard was nice too.

We had a wonderful time in Mt. Dora. This house is in the perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops in the downtown area. It is spacious and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house for getaway weekend

This house was the perfect place to stay for a getaway weekend in Mount Dora. The house is clean and well organized and has so many great amenities! We will definitely stay here again!

My family of 4 and pets had a very enjoyable stay. The home is centrally located in Mt. Dora, only 1 block from downtown. It was the perfect amount of space for us, has plenty of parking, the home was clean and stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials. There are TV’s available in each room and plenty of games for the family, as well as bikes and a washer/dryer in the attached garage. We can’t wait to return to Mt. Dora, and hopefully stay here again, if we’re luck enough that it’s not booked! It was very easy to communicate with the host. Thank you for the hospitality!

The house was spotless and was great for our family of five. The location cannot be beat with all of downtown Mt Dora a quick walk away.

We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place. The home is exactly as it appears in the photos. The location is fantastic, just a block from downtown, so it’s incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. You really can’t get much closer.Our host was excellent to work with. Communication was prompt and friendly, and when a small hiccup came up at the beginning of our stay, they handled it immediately and professionally. It was resolved very quickly, which we really appreciated, and it showed how attentive and responsive they are as hosts.Overall, it was a wonderful experience in a great home with a very thoughtful host. We’d happily stay here again.

We loved our time at the "Brick Haven" in Mt. Dora. The host, Steve, was very communicative and the house was easy to get into. 4 min walk to a Foxtail Coffee was a huge perk, and 6 min walk to dinner in the heart of downtown. Plenty of room, everything was clean - would stay again.

Delightful little gem

What a quaint little property that’s clean as a whistle, comfy, and stocked with everything you’d need for your trip. The garage games were an added bonus. Highly recommend this lovingly maintained home.

We loved the house because it had two separate areas. You could easily share the house with others and have plenty of privacy in your own living rooms.

Ladies Christmas Trip

Loved it! Lots of room. Very clean. Very affordable. Close to downtown area, it was a very short walk. Very nice neighborhood. Great house.

Excellent Location

The property was exceptionally clean, easy to locate and had plenty of parking space. The two separate living room spaces was a plus for me! Communication with host was amazing. Property is conveniently located in the downtown area and within walking distance to shopping and dining.It was the perfect place to stay for my daughter‘s wedding and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Mount Dora area.

A Bachelorette party

The girls had one side of the house and I had the other on Thursday night. The wedding was Friday and we stayed an extra night. Great place and plenty of room.

Great location and set-up

This house is conveniently located close to downtown-within walking distance. We were, unfortunately, here for a funeral so we weren't able to take advantage of the location and walk around the town. There is also a grocery store that is within 10 minutes. The set-up of the house is nice in that there are two family room areas-one at the front of the house and the other at the back. This was helpful so our kids could be in one while the adults were in the other. There is also an outdoor space though it is really buggy so at night, you have to keep the lights off to keep them away. The kitchen had everything we needed though we didn't cook so our needs were limited. Only a few suggestions/comments for improvement: -bring your own shampoo and soap. Some was provided but only enough for one night for two people. We had an urgent trip to the store to get more -there were no bath mats so we had to use towels on the floor. Bathmats should be provided so that the towels can be used for showering-The outlet in the hall bathroom didn't work so we had to get ready in one of the bedrooms-The light and fan in the hall bedroom doesn't have a long chain, so you have to stand on the bed if you want to turn the light on/off and keep the fan on. A longer chain will ensure no one has to climb on the bed and risk falling offOverall, we had a great stay and would stay again when we're able to really enjoy the house and location.
