“It's lovely basic bach and comes with a functional kitchen with stove tops and oven. It's near Arthur's Pass railway station and was not positively surprised with the amount of train traffic late at night and early morning, not ideal for light sleepers. Surroundings are stunning though especially with the fresh snow on the mountains. Walking distance to the village.”

“Highly recommend, it was better than I had imagined. We arrived later than planned and Janette had the fire on for when we arrived. Amazing communication from Janette the whole time we were there. Would certainly be booking again.”

“Not only is Blackbird well designed it is nicely decorated. Although not a large cottage it was cozy and met our needs.”
