The chalet was absolutely perfect, we liked the décor and the environment! The two dogs became our best friends and we missed them already.The fireplace outside was a massive plus, where we could enjoy some s'mores with an amazing view. This is such a peaceful area.We will definitely come back!

The Hay Loft was an excellent choice, and the owners are great. They provided very detailed and helpful suggestions to the area, which we did several.The Loft was great! The location is fantastic, right in the middle of all the local places, yet far enough from the interstate that it feels secluded, while being close enough to get to everywhere in a reasonable distance. The location is stunning. The loft itself is clean and inviting.We would absolutely plan on revisiting if in the area.

Very clean and cozy place. We enjoyed the views and the solitude. Loved the setting and decor, we felt very comfortable. The location is off the beaten path but still about 25 min to Woodstock for restaurants. Loved it and definitely plan to come back.

Spectacular stay, breathtaking views, and an exceptional rest. This was an unbelievable weekend. Our lovely hosts, Kim and Jerry, were beyond welcoming and we wish we could have stayed longer. This is easily our favorite VA spot.

Beautiful Farm Loft

This property is tucked away on a farm, near Shenandoah, and it is absolutely beautiful! Watching the sunrise over the mountains was amazing! There’s also two farm dogs that live on the property and they are the sweetest dogs ever, certainly love their belly rubs! The loft was very clean and welcoming, overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back another time.

The Hayloft was beyond our expectations. The owners definitely nailed it when making it feel cozy and comfortable. Very clean space. Quiet & tranqil. Tedder & Grover were very welcoming pups. We will definitely stay again

Stunning views

We had a short but sweet stay at the Hay Loft. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to visit. The property was so peaceful and quiet, very clean and nicely decorated. I only wish we could've stayed longer. The icing on the cake was Tedder keeping us company. We had him up on the deck at night and he stayed right with us and let us give him some attention. Thanks again!

The most gorgeous place I have ever stayed.

This is such an amazing place away from the crowds and quite place , we were in love we the morning sunrise, definitely recommend and Ms Kim was very nice helping us to ever step to take . Very grateful .

Absolutely beautiful!

I can not say enough good things about “The Hay Loft” Beautiful property! The views were incredible! Kim was super responsive and gave us many recommendations and suggestions of places to visit and eat. Unfortunately we were only there for one night, but will definitely be visiting again sometime in the near future. The dogs are the sweetest! The Loft was super clean, and cozy and offered every amenity you could need! What a charming place! We can’t wait to come back!

Truly a 10/10 experience. The loft is cozy, clean, well-stocked and provides sweeping views. The location is perfect for a getaway weekend- great hiking and wineries nearby. Kim and Jerry were communicative and welcoming, we will absolutely be back! Thanks for such a lovely stay.
