“What Stayz advertised was an open fireplace which we were used to . Propertiy moms was in correct , the directions for aircon misleading , forgot to tell that a new thermostat was installed not listed , because of the open fireplace laden with wood , no sign stating not to use . We were insulted by them For lacking common sense 3 times .”

“The home was comfortable, we didn't use the pool as it was cold. It was relaxing and had all you need for time away. If looking for a beach holiday you are not close to the beach. We all enjoyed the comforts of the home. ”

However, located on the Nepean Highway where audible fast moving traffic and cars filling at the petrol station next door starts at 4am and slows down around midnight. Family rooms face the road. Traffic noise is particularly loud in room 8 on the ground floor. Mia very kindly and empathetically moved us to another quieter room making it possible to sleep after the first night. “Has everything you could need, big space inside and out. Great communication. Bedrooms were comfy and beds made up well. Bathrooms were clean. They house isn't new, but no issues for us at all. Loved the table tennis and big bath! ”

“Great little cottage, very comfortable and clean. Nice to have the open fireplace with plenty of firewood available on a cold evening. Lovely touch with the fresh bread and homemade jams for the morning. Secure yard for the dog, a bit of a mix up through the booking but all sorted out with owner easy enough. Great base to explore the area ”
