“Fantastic weekend getaway. Beautiful location, we were very happy with everything Novotel Barossa Valley Resort has to offer. We will be back for sure.”

“The property was nothing short of beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was amazing as was the pool. My partner and I loved walking around enjoying all the little hidden spaces. There is a lot of effort put into this place to maintain the historic atmosphere. Definitely recommend! Also close to town for meals and shopping.”

“The restaurant was a bit limited in its choices, but the food was well-presented and tasty”

“We loved everything about our stay at the Louise. Our Superior Suite (Maranaga Suite) was perfect. It was spacious but cosy and the bed was so comfortable. The view across the vines was beautiful. The food & wine pairings at Appellation were amazing. And the service from the staff at every single point of contact from our arrival to our departure was incredible. We highly recommend the Louise.”

“Great place to stay very clean room like how the toilet was separate to the shower friendly staff restaurant, great meals”

“It was absolutely amazing”

“Wonderful property So peaceful. Perfectly and thoughtfully styled Can't wait to retuen”

“My wife uses a wheelchair. The assessable room is perfect for someone with limited mobility. There is no off street parking. Street parking in front of units is unrestricted. The breakfast provisions are more than adequate and the communal kitchen is the best that I seen anywhere. Location is great over the road from the Pretoria Hotel that has a great dinner menu.”

“Very impressed with our first stay with Discovery Parks. Only a few minutes drive to town, and close to wineries.”

“Very clean couldn’t ask for more”

“Was quiet, bed was comfy and owner was very polite and welcoming. Cant complain for price 🙂”

“Lovely stay in the hideaway cottage , good amenities and breakfast supplies. Host was very friendly and always checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. ”

“The location was spot on, quiet and tranquil but there are areas the location could improve on. We where in lodge 2 and the path from the car parking leading up to the lodge could be an issue in the dark with the garden retaining wall called across it partially blocking the clear access”

“Room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Excellent service from all staff members all night from booking in to directions and dinner.”

“Breakfast was great, carpets in the room seriously needed cleaning, pool was freezing cold, restaurant dinner options were limited, staff was exceptionally friendly. Location was remote but stunning.”
