"An impeccable experience at the Hotel Since we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff is friendly and very attentive, the rooms are comfortable, clean and with all the details well taken care of. The location is excellent and the environment very quiet, ideal to rest. "I had a wonderful experience at The Alder at Resorts World Catskills; it truly exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness and maintenance were exceptional, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the atmosphere was soothing, away from the hustle and bustle of the casino but close enough to enjoy the fun whenever I wanted. The customer service was outstanding; the staff always smiled and were willing to help at all times. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and very clean, which contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable.
