We have direct access to the Nicolet State Trail across the street, perfect for snowmobile and ATV use. Other features include a hot tub, indoor wood burning fireplace, electric vehicle charger, two car garage, outdoor firepit, private dock, and two kayaks. Boat available for rent, for an extra fee. The spacious, walkout lower level includes a 4th bedroom with full-sized bunk beds, a second living room with a pullout couch, and a half bath.
