“THIS IS NOT A LISTING FOR THE PALMS HOTEL AND CASINO! The address is actually for Palms Place, next door. This is a VRBO, not a hotel booking. That wasn't abundantly clear when I booked. The bad: I tried to check in to the front desk at the Palms. They couldnt find my reservation. Took the front desk person and I about 20 minutes to examine the minute difference in the addess.. Sent me to the end of the block at Palms Place. They couldn't find my reservation. All the time, I've...

“We had an absolute blast. Like most listings, the photos make the space look bigger than it actually is, but we have plenty of room for 7 of us considering we weren’t at the condo too much. Everything was spotless and new, including plenty of kitchen utensils and even the basic cooking supplies everyone would need. A longer walk to the strip but doable - easy walk to three other casinos however! We had a great time.”

“My daughter wasn’t feeling well, so we asked to check in early, and they were very accommodating. The housekeeping staff were also very pleasant. Once you’ve experienced the check-in process, you might find it more comfortable than staying at a hotel.”

“This is a great little condo in a beautiful gated resort. The pool area was immaculate and perfect any time of day. Ed was awesome to deal with and very punctual with his communication. He left very clear, thorough instructions on how to use every aspect of his condo. He asked for feedback and was open to suggestions. We really loved the location and the proximity to the Strip and to the Freeway. Overall we had a great stay. ”
