“Very friendly staff and family-friendly environment ”

“Presentation was excellent, beautiful views, room decor was amazing, however the roof leaked, fortunately not onto the bed, wifi was poor, I was in Durban on business, sadly will not come again. Breakfast starts at 8am, my working day starts at 8.30am, not conducive to a business trip.”

“We were there to book in at 14:00 when we could book in, our room was not ready! It was not cleaned yet and we had to get ready for a wedding!! We had to wait till 14:50 till they were done cleaning and had to be atvthe wedsing T 16:00. We had to do our make up outside in the heat and was sweating because they were busy and we could not so it in the room with the aircon on. I had to rush doing my and my daughters hair. We were not impressed at all!”
