“The apartment is nice, newly renovated, perfectly clean and comfortable, but not “luxury.” More like staying in a friend’s nice apartment. Service was basically fine with one hiccup. The proprietor called to check in with us for our arrival and made arrangements for us to get the key even when our train was late. When we arrived the beds were only made up for 5 persons, despite the fact that our reservation was for 9 persons. The caretaker, who was friendly, quickly brought in more linens...

“este es un departamento en un edificio al cual le hicieron 4 recamaras independientes y asi las rentan como hotel. el lugar esta super limpio pero el area local no es muy buena y no cuenta con ningun servicio de hotel ni de ningun tipo.”

“Maria Suites is a family run small hotel of four suites. The rooms are located above an Italian restaurant, Damiano run by the same family. The restaurant is very good. Mine was a really spacious modern room, with lounge and balconies. I expect they are all the same. Fantastic location near the Dom and Cologne Central train station.”
